Absolutely Incredible Place!

Definitely one of my favorite places I've ever stayed and I've been a lot of places. From the camper to the fire pit with wood included to the s'mores fixings to the hot tub to the theatre to the thoughtful pet friendly touches. I could have stayed forever and definitely hope to return sooner than later!

Perfect getaway

This was a great spot for me an my husband to getaway for the weekend. Host was amazing with communication and keeps the site and area amazingly clean and beautiful. The absolute best

My mom, aunt, best friend and I came for our birthdays for a long weekend. We're from Michigan so the drive up the mountain threw us off a bit at first but we made it and it was worth it. Gorgeous, peaceful and so awesome. Watching Schittz Creek in the hot tub was the best!

The camper smelled like mildew. The seat had mildew on it. There was dirty socks in the bedroom. The road to it was in bad shape. I addressed it with the owner and I was ignored. I asked for 1 night of refund and was ignored. The pictures are NOTHING like was listed. I had to message him several times to unlock the door or fix something. Dirty linens. Shower didnt work. Horrible experience.

We unfortunately did not get to stay here very long. We were using it as a half way point and arrived after dark and left before check out the next morning. But that being said it was an amazing stay! They had plenty to do and even some sweet surprises :) The host was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond! From the moment that we walked in, we realize that it looks like this was not properly cleaned. from the looks, it looks like the sheets were not washed and cleaned at all. We left early from our stay due to hearing a mouse or rat.

Our place is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each and every guest. The bedding is always fresh and clean. We do what we can to repel mice but since the camper is located in the woods, they do have a way of showing up occasionally. However, it is not a normal occurrence. We wish you would have communicated your concerns with us since we always do whatever we can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

ROMANTIC GETAWAY

We loved every moment. It was so beautiful and it was nice to escape work and the internet. We had issues with the hot water that was quickly resolved. Any issues and the owner will quickly resolve it. The beer provided was delicious. When we arrived all the lights were on, hot tub hot! And music was playing outside. We are definitely coming back.

Horrible stay

Check in process was simple enough , instructions given were good. Couple issues we had with the stay: pictures on vrbo are old and not necessarily correct , there’s a black stone in one picture that isn’t at the property. There were quite a few cleanliness issues : the flat top grill outside was dirty, the pan we were going to use to cook dinner was nasty and couldn’t even clean it because the sponge for washing dishes was dirty as well, when my girl and I wiped down the table and leather couch the wipes came out brown, the ac vent had a lot of dust on it (the bigger one in the center of the RV), the bottom bunk bed was dirty. Bathroom sink , shower and shower curtain needs to be washed/ cleaned.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The campsite is in a secluded spot on 25 acres in Jonesville Virginia. Located on the mountain top, you can experience breathtaking views of 3 states. While standing in Virginia, you can look south and see Tennessee, and then turn around and look north to Kentucky. There are several hiking trails on the property, along with an abundance of wildlife. We see Deer and Turkeys almost every day. Being on top of the mountain and away from large bodies of water keeps the insects and mosquitoes very minimal, not to mention a nice breeze and plenty of shade.

Nestled in the woods in a private location on the property you will be remote enough to get complete privacy, yet close enough to your host should you need anything to make your stay better. We have been hosting for quite some time now and understand the needs and wants to make your stay perfect and memorable.

We are within walking distance of the Cumberland Bowl Park, located about a block from the property entrance. The park has basketball courts, playgrounds, a running track, baseball, softball, and kickball diamonds, several picnic areas with covered gazebos for large gatherings, and the park hosts many public events. A splash park is also under construction for the hot days. There is ample room for throwing a football, along with public restrooms.

The nearby town has several restaurants for pizza, burgers, Mexican, and fried chicken, and many more options available for dine in or carry out. There is a Wal-Mart less than 2 miles away, and several other stores.

• 20 miles from the historic Natural Tunnel
• 15 miles from the Hatfield McCoy outlaw trails for motorized off-road vehicles
• 9 miles from Pennington Gap Public Pool and park.
• Less than 2 hours from Gatlinburg Tennessee.

This is an amazing location with lots of amenities for having a relaxing and fun vacation. You are sure to forge lifelong memories while enjoying a luxurious camping experience.
