Located in the heart of Sherman Oaks, walking distance to Ventura Blvd, is our peaceful 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom with pool and jacuzzi home (NOT FENCED). Features: heat optional pool & jacuzzi, Mr. Magic gas BBQ, outdoor furniture and dining areas, high speed internet, fully equip chef kitchen, plenty of off street parking, walkability, and a peaceful neighborhood.

Our 2 story home, nestled in a quiet family neighborhood and minutes away from many restaurants, shops, bars, and other attractions on Ventura Blvd, has so much to offer. Right when you walk through the french inspired door, you'll be welcome into this gem of a home. The whole house is filled with natural light, but don't worry, we also have custom window treatments on every window to allow you to control your desired light.
Lets walk you through the house:
The family room has a gas fire pit, comfortable couch and chairs surrounding a wood coffee table.
The dining room is equip with a large 8 person dining table to enjoy your meals and company. Enjoy a natural breeze with the convenience of the french doors in the dining room that lead to the backyard if you wish. If not, close them! Up to you.
The lavish professional chef kitchen comes with 2 Thermador ovens, a large gas powered stove top, lots of storage space, full equip with all the kitchen, dining and cooking equipment you'll need.
The kitchen and TV room are an open space concept, allowing you to watch TV while you cook up dinner if you choose to. The TV room comes with a 75 inch Smart TV and a COMFORTABLE couch.
The doors and windows of these rooms look out to the backyard, which in LA almost always means blue skies and sunshine. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE FENCES AROUND THE POOL & JACUZZI. WE DO HAVE SENSORS ON ALL THE FRENCH DOORS, BUT FOR FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN, DOGS, OR THOSE WHO CAN'T SWIM - PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THERE IS NO FENCE.
The backyard is a heaven for those who like to spend time outside, with large dining areas, a Fire Magic gas BBQ, 2 lounge areas at both corners, a large pool and jacuzzi, 2 lemon trees, Rosemary, lavender and basil plants. This is an ideal backyard for a nice BBQ on a hot summer day or other outdoor entertainments! This backyard is our favorite spot to sit outside, listen to the birds and sip on coffee in the morning. Oh and its worth mentioning that we have SONOs surround sound throughout the kitchen, TV room and backyard. All you have to do is download the app, connect to the wifi and start playing your favorite tunes.
Downstairs you'll also have a powder room right down the hall from the TV room.
Across the hall, you'll find the first bedroom with a private full bathroom. This room has a king size bed, room darkening shades, and a private entrance from the bathroom (with a sensor on as well).
Lastly, there is the laundry area with a eco friendly and extremely efficient washer and dryer.
Going upstairs, you'll have the other 4 bedrooms. First, you'll see the extravagant master bedroom with a California king bed, huge walk in closet, lavish jet bathtub and shower. Next, you'll have a bedroom with a memory foam queen size bed, desk and room darkening shades, connected by a jack and jill bathroom to the second bedroom with a memory foam queen bed, desk and blackout shades and shutter window treatments.
All the way at the end of the hall, you'll find the primary bedroom. This spacious room has a Tempur-Pedic king mattress and beautiful bathroom with great shower.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole house, other than the garage which is locked.
You have full access to the pool, jacuzzi, parking spaces in front of the garage, and all other parts of the residential home.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE FENCES AROUND THE POOL & JACUZZI. WE DO HAVE SENSORS ON ALL THE FRENCH DOORS, BUT FOR FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN, DOGS, OR THOSE WHO CAN'T SWIM - PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THERE IS NO FENCE SURROUNDING THE POOL AND JACUZZI.

Whats around?
Our location is nestled in the heart of Sherman Oaks, where guests can walk to many shops, restaurants, parks and more. A 10 minute walk to Ventura Blvd, you'll have many restaurants such as Crave, Daves Hot Chicken, Starbucks, Cold Stones, On the Thirty, Noahs Bagels, Midici Pizza, and much much more. You'll have stores like Urban Outfitters, Buffalo Exchange, and 2nd Street. Convenience stores such as CVS, Pavillions, and Whole Foods are also close by. There is a Bank of America walking distance as well.
Other places that are close by but not on Ventura Blvd include In-N-Out (a must try while in LA), Gelsons, Gyu-Kaku, and Healthnut.
Also a short walk away is the Van Nuys Park and Galleria (with Regal movie theater and lots of dining / retail stores).
