Close to highway!
Quiet neighbornood close to the highway which made getting anywhere a piece of cake. The property was clean and spacious. We felt safe as three young women traveling alone. Loved the patio area!

Also unfortunately your stay was during an out of the ordinary hot day;however, for your superior convenience moving forward we have decided to add brand new A/C units to the entire unit.

We had the best time. This condo was clean and perfect for us and our adult children. Sat by the fire pit one evening so relaxing after a long day out and about. The communication with Andrea was great. She was available for any questions we had. Mainly how to use the portable AC units. We don’t use those in TX. Lol

Review
The floor was dirty upon entering the property due to construction and there was dirt on the floor. The landlord communicated that an AC unit had leaked from the previous tenant and they had done drywall repair between tenants. We had to empty bucked from the stand alone AC units about every four hours and couldn’t leave them on when leaving the house. We emptied the buckets promptly once they were half full. It was not expected that we would have to do chores for our AC unit, as it was not in the listing. The trash was full when we arrived and we couldn’t get the wifi to work.

Regarding the portable ac units damage , this was unfortunately out of our control .
The previous guest failed to drain the leaking water from a portable ac unit and damaged the floor/roof drastically .
We have never had this situation in the past as the portable AC units take a while to fill with the leaking water. The damage happened the same day of your check in date and our maintenance crew came in w 3 ppl to get most of the repair done for you before your check in time . We gave you the option to cancel with ofcourse a full refund . You decided to keep your reservation and actually allowed you to come in early.
GOOD NEWS THO FOR YOU AND OUR FUTURE GUESTS :) To avoid any future problems we have decided to change the portable AC units . Moving forward you will NOT be required to monitor the portable A/C units leaking water in order to avoid our guests having to worry about it . This has been resolved and we truly hope we get the opportunity to host you once again
Regarding the WIFI it was a very simple fix. Our cleaning crew confirmed that it was just unplugged . We did not receive a msg regarding WIFI being out . This could have been easily resolved by communicating the issue to us, same for the dirty floor and emptying the trash . We would have resolved it right away as your satisfaction is extremely crucial for us . This situation was definitely an isolated event . Thanks for staying w us.
