The house was close to everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The house is an older house and could use a thorough cleaning. The dogs above us only barked when we came inside and they settled quickly. Overall it served the purpose for what we needed.

Great Provo location!

We stayed here while our kids attended BYU sports camps. It was a perfect location! We loved being so close to campus, and so close to the Provo Rec center. The home was cozy and just right for our family. The hosts were quick to respond to our messages and even had a target order delivered to us when we needed an extra blanket. We would stay here again!

Comfortable, funky and clean

It was a nice place. The biggest problem was a barking dog on and off for the whole stay in the unit above us. good backyard for the dog.

We absolutely loved it!!

Great location! We really enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard 2 night in a row making s’mores and spending time with my grandson. 4 generations! My mom, my daughter, myself & my grandson. The beds were all so comfy!! Great space!!

Nice stay

The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen needed to be supplied a little better but we made do. The people that were in the upstairs house were extremely noisey early in the morning. We enjoyed our time with family.

Great!! Thoughtful accomodations, convenient/comfortable, central to things to do.

Very great stay! Comfortable rooms and beds, and, they provided what we needed to do laundry, cook, shower, and clean. They had a nice living room tv so the kids could stream their shows. We had a great time and would stay in the future!

Did not feel safe for my health to stay in

This place was beyond soiled. Not only did it have dirty rugs, shower curtain, stained and soiled carpets, and dining chairs, there was mold growing across the bathroom ceiling and wall!!! The bedroom smelled of animal urine and we couldn’t open windows at night due to no screens. The febreeze and air fresheners were too much. The upstairs tenant was moving around in the middle of the night and that was a very small nuisance relative to these other things. My family had throat and sinus problems staying here and we ended up leaving early because of this and we all felt better when not in the house. This is the most generic set up and filthy place I have stayed in. I have stayed all across the world in simple hostels and room-and-board style and have not had an experience that felt this poorly towards my personal health. I sure hope this can get turned around so it’s safe for others to stay at. This place needs some real attention to detail.

Quiet, Cozy, Clean, Perfect

Walking in to the property we seen that it was just as advertised. It had everything we needed. We felt right at home. Its in a quiet neighborhood also. We were here for our daughters performance at Stadium Of Fire. Overall we had a great experience. I highly recommend booking here if you are going to Provo, Utah. Thank you for everything. P.s. Comfy stay

We visited Provo for a family function. This house was a great stay for our group. Three bedrooms were perfect, and the beds are cozy. The check in was seamless and the amenities are plentiful. The location was near family and the location for our special function. The location is also near shopping and restaurants. Super convenient.

Cozy little stay

Stayed here with three teenage girls while they were in town for a dance convention. Great location to downtown. The amenities were perfect for the amount of time we stayed. The single bathroom was a little bit tricky, which we knew it would be going in, but worked well for us. Would really appreciate more mirrors in each bedroom to help with getting ready, but other than that, everything was great.

Spacious and comfy!

We came in for a family wedding. The home is perfect for a large group. The ceiling are high and the original woodwork is charming. The bedrooms are spacious and the mattresses are very comfortable. It is set up that you can enjoy the home with just adults or with children. They have a large outdoor space to enjoy. The only downside is one bathroom but we made it work. I would highly recommend this property to anyone needing to stay in the Provo- Orem area. The location is also close to just about everything.

Cute, clean and cozy

Such a great place to stay! Soooo much better than a hotel! The beds are very comfortable! The backyard has great views of the mountains, is private and great place to hangout and watch the kids play. The house is close to everything. I would stay here again.

Quiet property and neighborhood

We stayed here instead of staying with family in the area and it was a great decision! We got to relax after long days of family drama. It’s a nice quiet property in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Provo and the freeway. Beds were very comfortable and all were adjustable, which was nice.

Comfortable and clean

Comfortable beds and safety are my top two priorities and this stay was suitable. Owner may consider carpeting the upstairs unit as we felt we heard to much noise from the guest in the unit above. Additionally, I understand the why on plastic dishes but it felt odd. Only 2 (plastic) wine glasses. Clothing rod by bathroom door should be moved back enough to hang a shirt or towel and still close the door. Communication was great!!

Great rental; close to BYU and hiking and river trail!

Great rental; thank you! House was clean, bed was comfy, backyard had a great view of Y mountain, front yard had a great grassy area for our senior dog! Walk to the trail along the river was just a few blocks away; the river trail was wonderful! Close to BYU! A 30-minute drive to Stuart Falls! Other nice amenities like body soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower and a hair dryer that included a hair styler. Internet was reliable. Also liked mints and granola bars left as a welcome present. Housekeeper was friendly and helpful. Would stay again; thanks!
