Welcome to our 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Silver King ski condo!

PROPERTY OVERVIEW
Located steps from the base of Park City Ski Resort. If there was a property that was Ski In/Ski Out, this would be it. Just walk out the door and the resort is right there! After a long day skiing, this is the perfect property at the perfect location. Spacious open plan dining room and kitchen stocked with everything you'll need to cook during your stay. Large screen SMART TV perfect for evening movies after a long ski day. Cable TV + WI-FI included. This condo has lots of space for a family or friends. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and offers mountain views. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home away from home. The unit will have fresh clean towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a Washer/Dryer in the unit as well as a gas fireplace. Underground heated parking is available.

BEDROOM LAYOUT
Experience the pinnacle of comfort in the master bedroom, featuring a lavish king bed draped in premium linens. An adjoining full bath ensures a private sanctuary where you can unwind and rejuvenate after a day exploring Park City's wonders.

LOCATION
This has to be the condo with the best location in the Silver King Hotel, located closest to the mountain with just a quick walk to the back door right across the hall from the condo door, to the First Time and/or Eagle chair lift, you simply can't beat this location!! Just steps from the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. Only 0.3 miles to the closest grocery store (Fresh Market) and 0.4 miles to fast food, sporting good stores, movie theaters, car rentals and more! Perfect location for the Sundance Film Festival. Its only a 5 minute walk to Historic Main Street. 1.1 miles to the Egyptian Theater and other Sundance Film venues.

GETTING AROUND
The free bus stops directly outside the Hotel. It will take you anywhere you need to go in town for no cost. When you rent at this condo, you won't need a car. All shops, restaurants and retail stores are within walking distance. If you do require transport, our company can provide it. Alternatively throw the skis on your shoulder and its just a short one minute walk to the ski resort.

We had a great stay here. Excellent location and the place had everything we needed. It was nice having an extra real bed for our daughter and even though it wasn't a true room, the way it's blocked off was perfect. Having the pool, hot tub, and gym was another bonus. The only thing we struggled with was the thermostat. We are always hot and couldn't figure out how to make it cooler. We didn't ask anyone for help though, so there may have been an easy solution! It's not obvious from pictures, but there is a washer and dryer in unit and plenty of closets with hangers and dressers.

Ski trip during Spring Break

We had a great stay at the Silver King. It was very comfortable and easy. Getting to and from the park city ski mountain only took about a 10 minute walk which was super convenient for us. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location

Everything you need is here. Walking distance to a lot of activities like Park City Mountain Resort. Short drive to some fantastic food on Main St. The unit had everything you need for a great stay. You won't be disappointed.

Overall good experience. The hot tub is crowded most of the time but Silver King appeared to be at full capacity.

Great Ski Condo

This condo was perfect for a week of skiing. It is exactly as described - spacious, comfortable, very clean, and provides everything you need. The best thing is how close the ski locker room is to the Eagle lift. You can be there in less than 5 minutes from the back door of the building. Super convenient. A great stay.

Not a real two bedroom

The condo is in a building with no on-site support. The front desk only hands out keys, nothing else. The second “bedroom” is nothing more than a folding screen across the end of the dining room. Might be OK for a family with kids, but not for two couples.

Great spot with great location and building amenities

Great location to walk to park city base, nice amenities, hot tub and pool, ski locker. Front desk could be more friendly, once they found out that we were in one of the private units, they said they couldn’t help us. For example with a packet for coffee. Luckily found that the unit was already stocked with ground coffee and filters! Had some minor issue with one of the drains that was addressed and fixed right away. Think the dish washer needs a tune up, some dishes were dirty and even load we put in didn’t get real clean. Easy to hand wash. Otherwise great beds, great location on 3 rd flow near pool and hot tub, real fire place nice, and TV with nice soundbar.
