Beautiful location in a great neighborhood. The house had everything we needed, Host was super responsive and answered questions in minutes via text. She made everything perfect for the stay. Would be a great location in the summer too. Close to downtown Frisco, skiing and the lake. Plenty to do nearby! Five star!

Beautiful place that was very comfortable and well take care of. The location was perfect to go between Breckenridge, Frisco, and Silverthorne.

This was such a beautiful and relaxing stay by the river. It had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. Including alot of spices. The hot tub was so enjoyable as well as the deck that was attached. There is a nice path to walk to Lake Dillon and main street in about 15-20 mins. The owners were very responsive and accomodating to questions we had and any needs.One thing to note is this space is a lower level of a house and only accessible by using stairs. We will be back next time we are in Frisco.

Great Place for a Family Ski Trip

The place had a roomy kitchen that connects to a wide open family room. Perfect for time together. All the bedrooms were nice and spacious and had comfortable beds. That the biggest issue I have with “ski homes”. Usually the beds are rocks. These were not. All and it was fantastic.

Great spot for a ski trip!

We absolutely loved our short stay! The owner was super responsive and accommodating, and we'd love to come back again. We really enjoyed using the hot tub after a long day of skiing at A-Basin (only a 40-min drive at 9 am on a Saturday with traffic, not bad)! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities so it was easy to cook as well. Thank you!

Excellent Mountain Retreat!

We went up to Summit County for a long weekend to ski and enjoy everything winter. We had a wonderful stay at this retreat! The house was clean and well organized, plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We loved the location (close to downtown Frisco and the Adventure park) and especially the hot tub! Beautiful area, easy access from 70, 10 minutes to Breck, 15-20 to Keystone, 25 min to Vail, and 35 min to Beaver Creek. The host, Molly, was so attentive and responded within minutes. Highly recommend for your mountain get-away!

Ski get away

The house was amazing, location was perfect for skiing several places, Frisco was a great town to grab food and drinks and shop. Even though the snow had been and was non-stop the streets and roads were easy to navigate. The whole family agreed it would be a great place to stay again.

Golden Aspen

Six adults (three couples) brought bikes to ride trails of the Aspen. The home is perfectly located from Summit County Recreational Trail: Vail Pass, Vail Village, Keystone, Breckinridge, Dillon, Copper Mountain easy access. Drove just half hour for Leadville Train. Neighborhood is quaint. House is stocked with all the necessities. Downtown Main Street is walkable, but we ride bikes. Molly is super host-good communicator.

Fantastic Ski Trip Getaway!

The location was perfect to get to local ski resorts, with everything we needed, and it's right near the freeway and local shopping/restaurants! The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond, and I would absolutely consider renting from her again!

very nice property for a family ski vacation

I stayed here with a family of 6 on a ski vacation. We wanted a place close to several ski locations so we could go to a couple different mountains. This place was perfect. Good communication from owner, central location, property was clean and as advertised. Would definitely recommend.

Frisco Home Premium Location

The basement layout was quite amazing honestly. Very big and plenty of room. All the rooms funnel into an open dining/open living room concept. Was nice and cozy and had plenty of showers. Everyday after skiing we cooked dinner in their beautiful kitchen and then watched movies until we passed out around the fireplace. Little awkward to share the hotub, but we made friends along the way. Also the communication with the host was excellent! I accidentally locked the door behind me with the keys inside and the host was quick to resolve the issue.

Wonderful

Stayed for 2 nights with 6 family and friends in March. The place was beautiful and had more amenities than we needed. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing! The family room was spacious and the 3 bedrooms were great! We would definitely stay again!!! Thanks Molly

Not what we expected

We thought we were booking a house. We had the lower level of the house. There was no mention on the house description, that it was the lower level we were renting. Information on site was misleading. To get into the house, we had to walk around the garage on snow/ice to access the entrance. Very difficult carrying items from car to house. We did not know ahead of time the owner would be there while we were there. We could hear them walking around, very loud, sounded like they were walking in their ski boots. We also had to coordinate parking with the owner during our stay due to limited parking. I do not recommend this rental if you are there in the winter and the owner is upstairs or another renter. Not enough privacy. No instructions on hot tub, where to put garbage. Very disappointed with our stay.

Great setup!

Great setup with the rooms and bathrooms. Great communication. It is the downstairs of the house in the first pic and not the whole home. I assumed it was whole home but no issues at all. No one was home and was not disturbed would book again for sure.
