Ideal for large groups, traveling sports teams, family gatherings, reunions, weddings, summer sales teams, Public park is 2 blocks aways with playground, splash pad, soccer field. Costco Fred Meyer and lots of grocery shopping options close by. Ideal location, 10 minutes to Nike, Intel, THPRD athletic Center, Hidden Creek Community center, Hillsboro Stadium, Top Golf, Lots of golf courses including, Pumpkin Ridge and The Reserve, shopping, movies, dining of all kinds, many wineries, within10 miles to the following high schools, Jesuit, Westview, Beaverton, Southridge, Aloha, Beaverton, Sunset, Mountainside, Tigard, Hillsboro, Glencoe, Liberty, Century, Valley Catholic. 10 miles to The Oregon Zoo, Downtown Portland, 15-20 minutes to The Moda Center (Blazers/Winterhawks), PGE Park (timbers) ! hour to Mt Hood for Skiing, 1 hour to the Oregon coast, Canon Beach, Seaside, Tillamook.

Weekend stay for school trip

We took a group of preteens and teens here, and it was a great house for them. Lots of bedrooms and places for them to hang out together or separate into groups.

We came in for my mother’s funeral,so it was nice we could all be together. We didn’t have time to take in the sites but it was still convenient to the places we had to go to. I would recommend the house for any event especially for a big group.

This house met all of our expectations and beyond!! There were 22 of us and we barely ran into each other. The house is huge and very unique. It was kind of a maze and the kids had a blast! It had everything we needed. Loved every minute of it. Our only issue was, we didn't stay longer. Will book this again for sure!!! 100 stars

Nice place for an extended family gathering.

We had a large group from Washington, California and Germany. The house fit our needs perfectly. I felt is was actually better than the pictures on the listing. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

This property was very well maintained and clean. Our family's needs were met as we celebrated the holidays together. We could not have asked for better hosts. Steve is a sweetheart! He was very open with his communication before, during, and after the stay. There's plenty of space to spread out and enough beds for everyone in our party.

We took a high school sports team for a tournament. There was plenty of room for everyone. I loved the dining room and other common areas, they were great for our large group.

Excellent group housing

This was a perfect house for our weekend stay! The abundant rooms, beds, couches, and tvs made for a great evening hangout space after a long day out hiking the coast. The kids especially loved the "movie room" with the big screen tv, recliners, and plenty of floor space for all 18 of us to watch a movie together!

Enjoyed our Stay

The house was clean and cool (very hot temperatures outside) and well supplied (dishes, bedding, towels etc). The property manager was very responsive when we had a small plumbing issue. (Note: That comment is intended to be positive remark.) I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Trap team s

We had our trap team stay at the house and there was room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook. Steve and his wife were wonderful and great to work with. The location was close to everything we could want. Great eating space for the team as well. Lots of bedding so we didn’t have to pack sleeping bags. Plenty of bathrooms as well. Great team house.

Amazing Family Getaway!

We had a lovely family reunion weekend at this property! This is beautiful and very spacious home with room for everyone! The home is a bit more dated than some of the listing photos suggest, but the property was very clean and all of the bedding and furniture were newer. The layout is multi-level with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for your whole group, some great den/living space for families of all ages, and a dining room that accommodates the whole crew! The homeowner was very responsive and made stay very nice with easy communication, no-hassle check in, and a great snack basket that our kids loved. The neighborhood is very quiet with some stunning trees but its fairly close proximity to some larger apartment complexes. Overall, we enjoyed an outstanding weekend.

Huge house that is the perfect backdrop for a weekend long game of hide and seek. One bedroom has no windows, making emergency egress impossible - the same bedroom was so musty our group would not have used it anyway.The host finally contacted me and gave me the code to the front door after I spent 30 min on the phone with VRBO (overseas) support, two and a half hours after the published check-in time, and seven months after I paid for the stay. FYI - There is no instruction book at the house.Regardless, we would stay there again.
