Ideal house if you like warmth and tranquility

Enjoy the warm weather and the tranquility of being in a private subdivision with controlled access and 24-hour surveillance. Inside the house you will find everything you need to rest, entertain or work. It has a television, DVD player, stereo and if you like retro, dust off your VHS movies and bring them with you since there is a VCR. The pool is shared and to be given access you must go to the surveillance booth.

The house is on two floors, with a study or television room on the ground floor where one person can sleep on a sofa bed, this area is ideal for working as it has a desk and secretarial chair, on this floor there is a half bathroom, as well as the living room, dining room and kitchen, on the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom, the main bedroom has a double bed and the secondary bedroom has a triple bunk bed with individual beds.

The subdivision where the house is located is very quiet, generally visited on weekends, the pool is almost always empty, especially during the week.

You can have all the space just for you.

The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
