Newly Remodeled Directly Across the Street from Kamaole 3 Beach

We chose Hale Kamaole due to it's fantastic location directly across the street from Kamaole Beach Park 3. Kamaole 3 is a beautiful white sand beach which is popular for swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding.

The unit was finished being completely remodeled from top to bottom in July 2022. Vaulted ceilings throughout, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, quartz countertops, and a 65" TV are some of the amenities you will enjoy during your stay.

The unit is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. It is steps to the beach. The back lanai has a fantastic ocean view and is perfect for sunset. It is a short walk from either of the 2 pools. Located in South Kihei, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The unit is on the second floor directly across the street from Kamaole Beach 3. We love having meals on the covered lanai. Some of the features of the condo include:

Amazing location and condo. It had everything we needed for our stay - boogie boards, snorkel sets, beach chairs, and coolers. The lanai was great for sunrise breakfasts. The ACs kept all the rooms cool. We loved the place!

Took the grandkids and had a great time. This is a nice place and just a couple minute walk to the beach. We have already booked another stay there.

Perfect family getaway

We just spent one night here before heading into the crater - close to beach, clean, great amenities and only a short 15 min walk into the shops. Great place!

Comfortable, clean and well equipped

Our family together with 2 friends stayed here for 3 nights. 9 people in total including 7 adults and 2 children. The space was very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed for the stay.

Great house and location

Great place to stay with a large group. The house was perfect for relaxing, outdoor activities on the grounds, close walking to the beach and shops and of course to watch the sunset ever evening. Host communicated quickly on every inquiry. House is well furnished.

Great Vacation Home

Great place to stay too enjoy your family vacation! It was comfortable, cool, and had all the amenities we needed. It was a few minute walk to the ocean and they had chairs and blankets we could use to set up and watch the sunset. Our family enjoyed this home and will definitely use it when we return!

Perfect location and everything you need for a great vacation!

I booked this home for 2 weeks for my 40th birthday! The first week I shared the condo with girlfriends and it was the perfect central location for dinners out, beach days, and long morning walks. The second week my husband and kids came and the condo was also perfect for families. Across the street from the beach, well equipped for cooking, came with chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. It couldn't have been better!

Great property

Although we stayed only one night, we were appreciative of the cleanliness and the quiet air conditioners in each room. We enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t figure out the shower. But we were thankful for the hot water and clean shower stall.

Great stay in Kihei

This was a spacious place for our family of five. Each of our girls (college age) got their own bed. The two bathrooms were spacious enough for all of us to share. There were enough bath supplies, toilet paper and paper towels to last the week. The kitchen had all the necessities for basic cooking. The a/c upstairs and downstairs was such a welcome treat! We were thankful for Josh’s prompt response to an issue we had when we first arrived. The balcony was well used, as were the tennis/pickle ball courts on site.The beach nearby was quiet with beautiful clear water and picturesque scenery. This was a perfect landing spot for our family. We hope to return again.

Maui Family Trip- July 2023

Wonderful vacation rental! Clean. Lots of kitchen appliances and silverware. Appreciated the beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs provided! The only minor critique is that I would recommend a bath shower door that spans the full length of the shower so that the bathing room floor doesn’t get soaking wet or provide several bath mats.

Beautiful

We love Kihei and needed a place to stay for my family. There were a total of six of us and the home accommodated all of us well. The kitchen was well stocked but what we appreciated most were the beach chairs, umbrellas, and ice chest that was here and ready to use. No one ever wants to purchase those items and then just have to turn around and leave them because you can’t take them back on your flight home. They were of good quality too. It was a great stay and the owner communicated well and had some pretty good recommendations for us throughout the week.

Great Location, Great for Large Family

We stayed here May 2024 with 6 adults for 10 days. Kitchen very well stocked, loved the ninja blender for Pina Coladas. Pans and knives not great if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Lawn chairs and boogie boards were a hit. 2 couples and 2 single adults fit comfortably. Bunk beds in 3rd bedroom good for one adult or 3 kids. Pull out sofa for an extra bed in the living room. Master bedroom with ensuite is upstairs across from the room with bunk bed. Large bedroom with king bed on main floor. We bought tennis rackets that will hopefully stay with the unit for others to enjoy. Nice pool, nicely manicured grounds and great location to the beach. Nice view of the ocean off the lanai. Not many face cloths and hand towels were provided and we had to buy dish towels which we left at the unit. Overall we would stay here again, very few complaints during our stay.

I have a family of six and this Condo was perfect. Things I loved: 1) Beautifully remodeled kitchen with a large island, perfect for entertaining 2) Beds were so comfortable 3) plenty of seating in living space 4) Nice glassware, silverware, and plenty of cabinets 5) Washer and Dryer was great to have 6) Having upstairs bedrooms was nice for adult children 7) Vaulted ceilings make the condo seem so much bigger 8) Nice Pools 9) Great Location right across from Kim- 10) Air-conditioning was a huge plus. Every room had a unit which is very unusual, yet so nice to have in June The only thing I would have liked to have was a table outside on the lanai. There wasn’t really a place to eat as family. The fry pans were beautiful but everything stuck to them even with oil. It would have been nice to have non-stick. Overall it is a great price for the value and I would stay again. A positive is also having 8 beach chairs, and umbrella. Very nice touch!!!!!!!!!!!!!
