The living room features inviting seating, a large television, and abundant natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs.



Two bedrooms each boast a king-size bed and both have attached full bathrooms.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with king-size beds and attached bathrooms, and the private balcony. Guests can also enjoy the shared amenities within the Maya Condominiums, such as the heated pool & hot tub, covered BBQ area with gas grills, ping-pong tables, and clubhouse.

Perfectly positioned on the far side of Maya Condominiums to maintain peace and quiet at all times of day and night - and just a short walk away to a variety of dining options and nightlight experiences. For outdoor enthusiasts, hiking trails are easily accessible by a short drive. Everything you need for a memorable Scottsdale getaway is right at your doorstep!

Getting around is a breeze from our Old Town Scottsdale condo! For those arriving by air, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is approximately a 15-20 minute drive, depending on traffic. Free parking is available on the premises for guests who prefer to drive.

Had a lovely stay & recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice location near old town. We had so much fun funding new ways to walk downtown and discover restaurants and cute stores. The sun patio was amazing as well, we sat here to enjoy snacks and chat.

This was a great condo for our Scottsdale stay. We’ve rented many condos at Maya over the years and this rental proved to be top notch. A couple of issues arose during our stay & the property manager attended to them quickly. You can’t go wrong renting this vacation condo.

Bailey's place was outstanding. The location was great. Space was large and modern and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were very nice, but so very busy and hard to get chairs. Bailey provided towels. Easy to get to and find. Instructions were clear. Check out was easy. Highly recommend and would stay again.

It was a great location. You could walk to nearby Old Towne Scottsdale. There was a grocery store nearby as well as a bar & Starbucks. We stayed with another couple, each room had their own bathroom which was nice. Loved the outdoor patio space! The pool & hot tub area at the condo were very nice, however it would have been nice to have two pool fobs to get in and out of the pool area. It was too hard to coordinate with another couple. Communication started off great with the host, we had a bit of a communication break down at the end of our stay. It was very disruptive to say the least.

My longtime friend and I meet annually in Scottsdale. This condo is perfect as it has 2 master suites as well as everything that we need. We love the time that we get to catch up on life while we cook in, drink wine and watch Hallmark movies. The location and condo are perfect.

We enjoyed the lay out and location of this condo. It was beautifully decorated and close to many restaurants. We golfed at numerous courses and ate out most nights. We would definitely stay here again.

Old Town Scottsdale Getaway

Had a great stay in this property. It was spotless and fully stocked with everything you needed, especially in the kitchen. The heated pool and hot tub in the nearby common space were very nice and made sure to spend plenty of time there. It’s close to old town and easy access to freeways to get to other parts of the East Valley.
