Welcome to 2820 Ion Ave! Escape to Sullivan's Island in this lovely vacation home that's only 1.5 blocks from the beach! This charmingly classic 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home boasts comfortable amenities and an unbeatable location. Enjoy an extended vacation or work stay with our 1 month minimum requirement! Enjoy the island life biking around, relaxing on the screened porch, easy beach access, and close proximity to local restaurants, ice cream, etc. on Sullivan's! This is an elevated beach home with parking underneath and a small driveway. Full size washer & dryer are located just off the kitchen. Linens are included. No smoking. Pets will be considered with a pet fee.
When you arrive at the home, you'll immediately notice the southern coastal feel of the home, with an elevated main level and a generously sized screened-in porch. Pull up to the home and walk up the steps to enter the screened-in porch - sit down to unwind and take in the ocean air or take some of your meals outside.
Enter the home and you'll find the living room and kitchen space. The living area is comfortably furnished and includes a flat-screen TV, as well as free Wi-Fi. Kick back and unwind with the cable, or just sit with your favorite reading material. Travel onward through the space and you'll come across a dining set, which then flows into the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped, giving you the ability to be the vacation chefâwhip up your own scrambled eggs and coffee in the morning, or make the perfect happy hour appetizer board. The choice is yours when you have access to these nice appliances and ample space!
There are six bedrooms in the home and 3 bathrooms, each with its own unique style with a beachy flair.
The home offers a grassy yard perfect for family games, and there is an outdoor shower and grill in the outdoor space beneath the main level. With an excellent location and fantastic amenities, this home is one of the best on Sullivan's Island!
This home is pet friendly. Dogs are considered with a $300 pet fee (per pet), applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner, and not paid by the pet fee.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.
Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
