We had a fantastic time at Tony’s place! Beds were really comfortable, shower was excellent, great view and location was close to some great places! We will be back and recommend to friends.

Happy camper

We loved the condo, it was clean, comfortable, decorated nice and in a good location. The bay was right out our back sliding door and it was interesting watching the tide come in and out. Newport was just over 30 min away and Tillamook was about an hour. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we are traveling up the OR coast.

Great apartment close to the bay and beach

We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again. Check-in was smooth and although we didn't need any assistance, the owner was available for questions or issues. The apartment was very clean, everything worked, and was it just as advertised. We enjoyed the full kitchen to fix a great salmon dinner with fresh fish from Barnacle Bill's in Lincoln City. We also had lunch at an interesting food cart facility just across Highway 101 and enjoyed live glass blowing at a studio a few blocks away (both walkable from the apartment). Sand beaches along the bay are just outside the door and it's a nice walk to the mouth of the bay and north along the shore. It was fun searching for decorative glass floats that are put out each day, although there was plenty of competition for those and we didn't find any. The only downside was that the apartment is right next to the highway, but the noise level wasn't high and it didn't bother us. We recommend this rental.

Our condo was clean and neat, well furnished, and equiped with everything you could think of, very nice! I especially liked that things were labeled and easy to figure out how to use. Tony made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed the location of the condo and would definitely return to stay.

This place is very nice.

Yeah, it worked out well. Nice place. We love Lincoln City. Interesting to watch birds and people on the tidal flats, and seals! if you've got binoculars. The washer and drier came in handy when we accidently spilled stuff on clothing. It's right by the highway, but the noise didn't bother us at all, so that was good.

Perfect getaway!

My daughter & I needed a to completely relax & recharge. This condo provided EVERYTHING we needed! Great location, ground-level unit, literally a minute to the beach. Quiet, restful and spotlessly clean. Cannot wait to stay here again...the perfect place to recoup from total hip replacement surgery!

Perfect location!

Very clean condo with perfect beach access. Close to Pelican Brewery and coffee shops. Highly recommend going to Lincoln City Glass Shop nearby! Great stay and perfect location.

Great Location

My friend and I bring our girls to the beach each summer. I have a six-year-old and she has a four and six-year-old. Typically we rent a 2 bed, 2 bath, so I was a bit nervous about the one bathroom, but the setup worked fine. The shower head detaches and worked great to rinse the sand off of the kids. The kitchen and family room are very spacious. It was unusually large for a rental and the couches were comfortable. We really enjoyed the location of this property and the safe beach area that is steps away. There is road noise, so if you are a light sleeper, this is a consideration. It did not bother my friend, but I struggled a bit. Overall, we would return.

Very clean and right on beach!

Super clean and right on the beach. It was nice to be able to walk off ge balcony to the beach and not have to pack the kids in the car to drive somewhere. Had a bottle washer, pack n play and even baby shampoo, the little things that make the trip easier with babies and kids. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A nice getaway

Location was nice, at the quieter side of town, but next to a park that was busy at times. A stain on a towel and the sliding doors were difficult to see through, but otherwise neat and clean, with nice amenities and a small but nice balcony with the beach a parking lot away.

Our stay was awesome! We have stayed in many of the condos at Water’s Edge and we have to say Cozy Beach Retreat, by far, was the best! The property was very clean and amenities plentiful. Tony & Kim were awesome hosts and stayed in communication to make sure our stay was as wonderful as could be.

Beachfront

Great little place to escape to the beach. Access to the beach is just outside the backdoor, very convenient, especially when traveling with littles. House was very clean and organized, had everything we needed.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Honestly, this Condo is all about the Beach. The early morning sights and sounds as you walk along the peaceful bay with your morning coffee. The incredible sunsets that paint the sky many hues of orange, yellow and red. The campfires on the beach by night, gazing at the stars roasting marshmallows. You cant go wrong staying here.
