Great property! It was plenty big for 6 adults! Several of the can lights in the kitchen and living room would turn off and on every 10-15 minutes. Fortunately it wasn't always at the same time, so we had plenty of light. They probably just need to be replaced. Other than that, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Loved having access to the club house. We used the pool and hot tub. Would definately recommend.

This is a great location. A short ride to sand hallow and away from the city but still close enough to everything you need. House is open and great for a family.

Family vacation

We travel to St. George every year for vacation and this house was the best we have stayed at! It had lots of room for everyone to play and hand out! The check in and out process was easy ! We will definitely be visiting again.

Perfect Spot

We love this property. It is clean, convenient, and priced fairly. The amenities, such as the hot tub and pool are well maintained and in working order. The condo is clean, the beds are nice. When we are in the area again we will certainly stay here again.

Quiet & Relaxing

The home was very clean and comfortable. The complex was just what we needed. A lot of space to relax, but not crowded! Only disappointment was the listing advertised poolside in the title and description, but the unit is not even visible from the pool.

Amazing Property

We stayed at this property for the 2nd time. This time we had a bottom floor condo and we liked the convenience of that. The condo was clean, well stocked with extra pillows, blankets, towels, games and other necessities. Everything was in working order, including the hot tubs and the pools, which we loved. We will certainly be back, and hopefully we will be able to get the same place. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Nice place but the lights in the kitchen kept going on and off. The diverter in the bathtub in the guest bathroom needs adjusting as it wasn’t letting all the water go to the shower.

Great feel and location for our family trip

Better than expected. Though we weren’t sent any checkin instructions on a door code, we called and immediately got a solution worked out. Very comfortable, clean, and had great size rooms. Beds were VERY squeaky tho. Pillows need a refreshing. Pool was perfect for a family swim. Will definitely come back. Felt like a home really liked being on the east side so it’s shady on the porch. Really enjoyed our stay

Family trip for a Celebration Of Life Event

We all had a great time at this home being able to decompress from the Celebration of Life that we had for our Uncle at their home. Their was more than enough room in this property for 4 adults and 1 child. The beds were very comfortable, bedrooms were large, especially the fantastic Master bedroom and bathroom. The patio was fantastic to just relax on with the fan and table with plenty of room. It was so easy to park on the outside and walk right in the back to unload and load all our luggage. This home was very clean and had all the supplies we needed to cook. The pool was fantastic along with the hot tub. We will defiantly stay here again!!!

Clean, great location, spacious

We were very satisfied with the property. It was clean , spacious and close enough to Zion, Bryce, Snow Canyon which were the places we wanted to visit in our 4 day stay. My only regret was the refrigerator not cooling as it should so ended up using the freezer instead. There was a sign on the refrigerator that said not to lower the fridge thermostat. Nevertheless we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Great place, a few bits of attention would make it wonderful

Such a great place to stay to visit the St George area and Zions. Perfect to fit our family of 7. Nice outdoor space, quick access to clubhouse, not busy or loud in the slightest. The reviews about the fridge are true however. It proved very annoying. Ended up putting all fridge stuff in the freezer, which was actually fridge temp and threw out freezer items, like ice cream, we purchased. Disappointing and a waste of money, but not the end of the world I suppose. Also the bunk beds and master bedroom bed are horribly noisy. Again, not the end of the world, but the difference between goos and great. The can lights in the kitchen were misbehaving and turning off and on individually and some nonbreakable dishes in the kitchen would be much appreciated. But all in all this layout was what our family needed for our trip and we're so grateful that this fit the price point - it was worth putting up with the inconveniences to have the space we needed to enjoy being together!

Fun in the Sun

This is a beautiful property! The listing is not correct, as it’s using an address close to Sand Hollow, where the unit is actually located is about 15 min from Sand Hollow (by the interstate). The unit also says “poolside” which it is not. It’s in a separate building, while closest to the pool, there is no poolside option at this location. The community pool and gym were very nice and we had it all to ourselves the Sunday we played in it. It was perfect. The listing also says its stair free several times, which is not the case. Update your listing to represent that it’s not poolside, that there are plenty of stairs and the location correctly represented, and I think you will have far less confusion. We frequent VRBO, but check in was confusing! (Especially after driving to the address listed in the listing which is a nice home by Sand Hollow not a condo) The refrigerator/freezer weren’t working, we made due. There was some effort to get it repaired but communication on maintenance showing up was also missing. We were offered another but, but it was too small to accommodate our group. Overall, it was a great property and we may stay again, but the listing was misleading.
