Welcome to this newly rebuilt and remodeled home in West LA, featuring a classic, clean, and trendy design. The modern kitchen offers a large island and new appliances, while the cozy, spacious living room includes a fireplace and an entertainment area that opens to a breakfast deck overlooking the large backyard. Adjustable lighting throughout allows for various moods, and the home is equipped with central heating and A/C.

The 3 bedrooms include a spacious master suite with a private deck and jacuzzi hot tub. Enjoy the large, private yard, complete with a fire pit and comfortable seating area. All linens are down-filled, and the memory foam mattresses ensure a restful sleep.

the host was great, he always reply promptly with and question. The place was as described but there are some drawbacks. The couch in the living room was worn out , yes it was clean but it so worn out that it gives me a back pain whenever I used it and that's why I avoid using it. Some of the dining room chairs have stains on them, which indicated over use. The roller shades in the living room are of no use , the minute you try to pull them down they fall, to close them you have to roll them back manually. The kitchen pots can't be used since they have stains which can't be removed, I tried but failed, I had to buy a new one for my own use.As for the plates, some are chipped . The drapes in the master room, with the sliding door have some damage in them. The size of the drapes is smaller than window , which lets the lights in early in the morning , which makes have to get up early, it is a bother .Last but not least, the washing machine makes loud noises whenever it starts .

Wonderful home! Great location. Nice neighborhood. Very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Three bedrooms worked great for us and adult kids. Loved the yard and hot tub. Very nice, responsive host. Would highly recommend.

Hosts are monitoring. Sent us Amazon “gifts” after verbally mentioning our concerns about the house out loud in the house. Hot tub needs to be sanitized. My son got an eye infection and had to go to ER after using hot tub. Bed sheets were dirty had hair on pillows and sheets. Towels were dirty. Bought our own towels. Washer and dryer needs replacing. Barely operating and rusted.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is centrally located — just a short drive to Venice Beach, Santa Monica Boulevard, and LAX. Even though it’s close to the airport, we didn’t hear any planes at all, as it’s on a quiet street. We appreciated having 2Âœ baths — the extra half bath was very convenient. The home was clean, comfortable, and close to a Catholic church with daily Mass, as well as grocery stores. It was a great base for exploring Los Angeles.

The interior was great; the outside could use some cleaning, lots of webs, grill was a but dirty... hot tub was great, after we figured it out.. maybe instructions in your welcome manual, same with the beautiful coffee maker...

Great stay in Westchester

This home was perfectly situated for our visit with our grandchildren in Westchester and convenient to all of our favorite haunts in Playa Vista, Playa del Rey, and Marina del Rey. The home is spotless and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. Communication with the owner is excellent. We will definitely return!

Impeccable and covenient

We were very pleased with our stay, the house was extremely clean, comfortable and very convenient as we had an early flight out of LAX on our last day. Though it is very close to airport, when you are indoors it is very quiet. Also there are many store and restaurants in walking distance and beautiful beaches a short drive away. We had dinner at Barrique in Venice our last evening and it was incredible.

Very clean house with all the amenities. Great location. Within 30 minutes to everything. The only negative was that there is air traffic noise at times; however, it wasn’t bad. We adjusted quickly. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay again

Perfect, convenient, quiet

I stayed with family for an event in the area. We were a little nervous about staying so close to the airport, but it was perfect! Super convenient and no noise at all from planes. Privacy fence to enjoy all the amenities spacious back yard, . I would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!
