Summer 2021 updates

1 - Grand reopening. Summer is the best time to be here given the cooler climate at 3,000 feet. The pool is refreshing and the views are stunning. Break away and enjoy the grand reopening of Las Rocas.
2 We now have a dedicated fiber Internet connection to the hacienda at 300MB/s - is there a better place and view to enjoy while you're WFH?
3 We are putting in a new pool heater. The pool can now be heated during your stay for an additional fee.

The estate is extensive and includes the main hacienda, an adjoining courtyard casita, a separate double casita, a workshed, a chapel, and a carport. Pull up to the main entrance and experience a pebblestone courtyard and fountain that surrounds you in the home's enclave.

The large outdoor courtyard connects the home to multiple outdoor patios and seating areas. Flagstone stairs lead down to the pool lounging area and a saltwater pool (unheated) that has one of the most amazing views of Coachella Valley and possibly all of Southern California.

Stroll around the property and discover a mature olive tree orchard, an old-style flag pole and seating area, and a chapel that welcomes all types of reflection and prayer.

Although you can retreat down from the mountain in 15 minutes and hit El Paseo, Living Desert, Whole Foods, Target, and a wide range of excellent restaurants, you may just find yourself wanting to bask in the feeling of solitude and quietly relish a haven that can feel as remote as you desire.

2021 Summer update - we are installing a new pool heater. The daily cost of running the heater varies and is optional - the daily fee of heating the pool can be added to your stay and is not included in the standard lodging rate. Please inquire about the daily rate for your stay.

The area has multiple gate entries. Roads are paved with sand and maintained on a regular basis.

The Coachella Valley floor and Palm Desert are only 15 minutes by car - remain in peace and solitude on the estate or drop down for great dining, entertainment, and shopping.

The estate is accessible by car. We can make arrangements for you to have a luxury vehicle during your stay (at an additional expense).
