This was an excellent property! Exactly like the pictures, in beautiful condition and so comfortable. Hosts were very responsive to inquiries. Great location and near restaurants pharmacies and gas stations, and grocery stores. Will definitely stay again.

Country Oasis

This was a relaxing stay close to the Mecklenburg County Sports Complex. The interior of the home was nicely renovated, with an efficient use of space. The home is an addition to a main house in a semi-rural area. We were pleasantly surprised looking out the window at night and occasionally during the day seeing friendly deer. Generally the owner communicated quickly. It was a pleasant stay.

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY NOT ACCURATE

The description of this property never included the property renting was at side of a house and 10 stairs going up to property. One entry only. No photos either. The pictures inside looked nice. When we arrived my disabled husband could not go up the stairs. We had planned to be there 7 days. I was told to not cx when I called VRBO on arrival and when they couldn't find me a property for the week it was at this point cancelled. I was charged for two days. I think that this was handled wrong and I should have been given a full refund. I am sure the property for guests with no mobility issues would be happy. I was told that future listings would include the stairs and photos. I ended up at a hotel as no other places available with our dates and we were from Florida.

Perfect spot just outside of Charlotte with easy access to the Matthews/Mint Hill area. Property is as described and was a wonderful location for a peaceful retreat.

Clean, luxurious, quaint.

Loved our stay at this beautiful duplex home. Rental was completely separate from the owners; no conjoining doors. Very comfortable living space and fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Heated bathroom floor in the master was delightful. Thank you so much for having us!
