This unique home is the ultimate getaway for you and your friends and family. The outdoor oasis is sure to impress with a brand new pool/jacuzzi, along with a BBQ to grill. Plenty of outdoor seating and lounge chairs to get some sun, or enjoy the fire pit at night with some s’mores. The home includes an attached two car garage, and space for 2 cars in the driveway for any guests that you may have. This home features a large open concept kitchen that looks onto the dining and living area. Inside of the home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, then a private casita with 1 bedroom/1bath featuring a mini kitchen area. The Casita is the best spot for those that want a little more privacy from your group.



The updated kitchen space features an open-concept layout and a large dining area for the family. Tasteful furnishings and decor throughout. Enjoy a beverage and make some popcorn while enjoying Netflix on the comfortable sofa with the large hi-def tv. This is an impeccably clean and truly entertaining property. The FULLY stocked kitchen has every cooking essential for cooking. We provide coffee for the coffee maker.

The master suite is a large room that features a king size bed. Enjoy a soak in the large master bath tub. Room 2 has a queen size bed. Room 3 is a den converted bedroom- this has a queen bed. The 4th room is the private casita which has a queen size bed. This is the place to be in the desert if you are looking for a fun , relaxing, and comfortable vacation!!



Guest have full access to the home and casita. Parking is permitted in the garage and driveway. No street parking 10-6am without prior approval.



Available 24/7 via Airbnb app. In case of an emergency- please refer to the guidebook to call host.

The best way to get around is by vehicle. Uber/Lyft available.

How often does the pool get cleaned?

Our pool cleaner comes every Monday/Thursday to deep clean the pool.



Do you have a fire pit?

Yes! Gas fire pit available to use as you wish.



Is there a BBQ?

We do have a BBQ available for use. It does use natural gas.



Is the Pool/Jacuzzi heated?

Pool heating fees of $50 per day. Weekly rates avail.

Jacuzzi is free to heat from dusk to end of night.



The pool is heated to 85 degrees.



Other: Yard maintenance crew comes every Thursday.



Due to HOA restrictions, only 4 guest per reservation are permitted to use the community amenities. Please reach out with any questions.



There is only 1 parking spot in the garage. 2 cars will fit in the driveway. No overnight street parking.

By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.



You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
