Unfortunately, the balconies are out-of-order and under repair.

Generally I had a good stay. Overall the house was very spacious and clean. However there was a bit of construction going on which made the balcony on the second floor unusable. Also there seemed to be construction work on part of the third floor balcony. But overall, this was a good stay

Great house for our yearly gathering! Safe neighborhood. More than adequate space. Conveniently located to Midtown. Nice touch of snacks upon arrival and coffee with cream and sugar throughout our stay! Perfect for for large groups!

Great home for our group attending the South Carolina/VT football game. Weather was great so we really enjoyed the upstairs porch. Awesome home for a family/friend group. Proximity to downtown was great. Quiet neighborhood.

Overall, this was the perfect place for all of our friends to stay during our wedding weekend. There were a few things that could've been better (that would've taken it to a 5 star experience):When we first arrived, the shower had a pretty gnarly amount of hair covering the drain. There were also SO MANY fragrance/scent plug-ins throughout the house that it was noxious when we arrived. We went around and unplugged them so we wouldn't all get headaches from the fake fragrance...These things aside, it was the perfect sleep spot for the weekend with plenty of beds/baths and the host was very understanding when we needed late checkout on Sunday due to post-wedding fatigue.

We stayed in this home to go to monster jam in Hampton. Very nice home. We enjoyed the house and would definitely stay there again.

This space was perfect for my sibling reunion. Great space with enough parking, close to the airport, and all the amenities of downtown Atlanta.

Well located with lots of beds for a group of friends. The top floor has a wonderful space for gathering with a large sectional, tv and outside deck space. However each room has a plug in air freshener in it and the smell was overpowering throughout the home. The windows don't have screens so you can't open them to get the smell to dissipate. Each time we came back the smell just hit you and stayed with you. Not sure why these are needed but completely detracted from our stay. Also bedrooms have beds with small side table but no dressers or luggage stand so all belongings have to be on the floor. It's a neighborhood filled with VRBO rehabs and I would try a different one next time. Property company good to work with.

Atlanta Mansion

Lovely property with lots of space and modern accessories. Quiet neighborhood on a low traffic street. Large common room and dining area. Not excellent only because ceiling fan in one bedroom did not respond to remote, slow sink drain in same bedroom bath, 12 guest created more garbage than large trash can could hold but replacement trash bags not on premise, plenty of coffee and filters but no coffee pot to use them, keurig brewer provided with only 5 pods, never found linen for 3rd floor Murphy bed.Enjoyed the stay despite these minor issues. Price was fair and furnishing appeared to be nearly new and comfortable. I would recommend this property.

This house was fine all around. Generally clean, generally nice but definitely a home that was built poorly and exclusively for short term rentals. The walls/doors are paper thin and you hear everything, the furniture is low quality and the bare minimum in each room. Not a single dresser or set of drawers in any of the bedrooms. The artwork is tacky. The showers pans were dirty, with mold in the corners. Both outdoor balconies were "closed for repair" with caution tape and construction debris on each. There's a large exterior hole in the home with siding pealing in multiple locations. The location is fine although on the opposite side of the interstate from downtown. The air conditioning generally worked well and the beds were comfortable enough. No one cares about this home and it shows. Overall I would never stay there again.

Great proximity to Ga Tech, Atlantic Station and Midtown and a short drive to World of Coke and Aquarium. Comfortable well-equipped house. Very responsive host. Highly recommended!

35th Reunion

Property was very well designed with each bedroom having its own bathroom for privacy. Common areas in the home were spacious and accommodating for entertaining all of us in the same space without feeling crowded. The property was conveniently located and close to all of the places that we visited.

GREAT LOCATION- HELPFUL HOST

The host was super accommodating with special details for our stay. The home was beautiful, howver the downside was that an entire bedroom and the main feature of the wrap around outdoor entertainment area were both out of service for repairs. Would book again when all facilities and amenities are not restricted.

The property was exactly as described. Clean, great neighborhood, close to several great restaurants. The weather was unseasonably cold the weekend we were there. I can’t wait to go back so we can enjoy the property’s beautiful outdoor living spaces! Thank you John for your transparent communication and sharing this gem of a property!

Best yet!

I have been staying at VRBO properties for more than 10 years, and this is the best yet. It is evident that the host wants guests to feel comfortable. There were amenities that were pleasant surprises! A room with a wetbar where guests can lounge, play foosball, and watch a large screen TV. And there is a rooftop patio with furniture and a TV off this room! The bedrooms are not the largest, but what they lack in size, they more than make up for in high quality bedding. And most of the bedrooms have private bathrooms. I would definitely book this property again!

Not a mansion!

It was obvious, the house had not been cleaned. Dead bugs on the floors, especially in corners of the rooms. The ceiling fans did not work
after texting management, I was told the ceiling fans were just decor
.I’ve never heard of this before. The sink in the powder room not flushed against the wall. It was 89 degrees when we entered the home. It took all evening for the house to cool down. We left the house and road around just to stay cool. The sheet rock had cracks on the walls
you cants cut the air conditioner off when people are staying there and not expect this to happen. Gaps in the wood floors. Had difficulty backing out of the driveway due to cars parking on the street blacking us from backing out. The one nice things about the neighborhood is that it was quite. But I still would not stay here again.

Okay Property in Good location

The house was nice, clean, and matched the pictures and descriptions accurately. Check-In/Check-out was smooth and without incident. The amount of included linen was very helpful. I appreciated the size of the house, the common areas, and bedroom on suites. Each person was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The house does need some TLC. It is starting to show its age. The description and other reviews are 100% accurate as far as I can tell. Not having a TV in each bedroom was annoying and one of the reasons for the lower score. I did not realize how useful it is to have a TV in the bedroom since everyone has different tv watching tastes. Overall, this is a nice place and was a good trip.

Good location in west mid town

Location is very convenient to mid town and downtown area. Neighborhood is good with well maintained homes. House is 5 bedrooms with a murphy bed in another room which is counted as a 6th bedroom. We needed that room for entertainment so we did not have an extra bedroom. Additionally the 5th bedroom was closed for remodeling and so was the upstairs deck. Would have been very helpful to know this upfront...we had to put a person into a hotel because of this. The owner was responsive to the AC unit that was not working. House itself has fantastic art...sort of Banksy style. Plenty of room for guests! Lots of parking including the rear parking

Fulfilled the purpose

The home served its purpose; it was a good location and spacious. It was also available last minute which was very helpful for my family in town celebrating a high school graduation. I hated that one bedroom was under construction as well as the rooftop outside area. Having those spaces accessible would’ve made sleeping for this size family a little more seamless. Also, you can tell that the home has been used quite a bit. Some items need replacing like for example, the bed squeaks etc. The showers are great but the body wash containers need to be cleaned and refilled. The upkeep just needs a bit more attention. The home was clean but didn’t give me the “hotel” spotless vibe. Could’ve definitely been cleaner and with more attention to dust and floor dirt on the main floor. These are just minor details that would’ve improved my perception of comfort. Overall, it was a good stay and the availability and location of the stay made the weekend possible to celebrate with family.
