Trail's Edge 48 is an open concept three-bedroom, four-bathroom townhome with huge nearly floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, dining area, and den that allow in tons of natural sunlight and provide you with a great view of the surrounding Mt Morrisey!
With seating for 8 at the dining table and 3 at the bar, a barbeque on your private balcony, and a private hot tub on the patio below, this is a fantastic option for those that love to entertain! Even your family chef can still be included in all of the fun because of the open concept, so don't worry about missing out on movie night!
The sleeping den downstairs is a great hangout room for kids and teens if they prefer to have some separation from the adults. There's a flat screen TV over the fireplace and an awesome foosball table where you can master your skills.
This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a queen bed in the second bedroom, a tri-bunk in the third bedroom, and two sets of bunkbeds in the sleeping den.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
