The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The host was super responsive to any questions I had. It was a bonus that parking in an underground garage was included. You were required to download an app so that your phone was used for locking and unlocking the unit.

A Wonderful Stay
My husband and I just spent four wonderful weeks at this spacious, well-equipped, nicely appointed, spotless apartment. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Unlike many rentals the owner is kind enough to provide coffee, tea, hand/body lotion, shampoo, basic cleaning supplies and even robes and slippers. The occasional question was answered almost immediately. These factors along with the apartment's excellent location make it a place we would not hesitate to rent again. More specifically, King Street, with its boutiques and restaurants and the Braddock Metro Station, with access to DC are an easy walk from the apartment. And food shopping is at your fingertips with Harris Teeter and Trader Joe's two blocks away.

Highly Recommend
My wife and I just spent a week at this wonderful apartment. In all my rental experiences, this was the best owner/host encounter. Not only was the home stocked with more supplies that we have typically seen, there were instructions for every single detail in such a highly organized way that we felt throughly taken care of. Also, any communication was answered almost immediately. Lastly, a lot of rental places have a long list of checkout to-do’s and this place did not. The asks were simple to take out the trash and start the dishes and towels / sheets if possible.
To round out how fantastic the place was, the location is excellent!! Super walkable to King Street (that has boutiques and restaurants), to Braddock Metro Station (making it very easy to get to DC), and grocery shopping is just two blocks away (Harris Teeter and/or Trader Joes).
We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.
Some very minor things to be aware of for future renters.
If you are a light sleeper the person in the apartment directly above this unit is a heavy walker. This could have been another temporary renter (like us) or perhaps it is a permanent resident. It didn’t disturb us too much as this is expected in apartment/condo living situations. Also, since this is located next to a beautiful church, there will be church bells. We loved it but if you are a light sleeper then Sunday morning be prepared. ;)
