Upon arrival we were asked for a QR Code which was not sent by Vacasa so that needed to be sorted out. The amenities were good but it would have been nice if the A/C had been turned on as the condo was sweltering hot.

Check in was easy. The deck on this unit is amazing. Very big, wrap around with comfortable chairs and big table. The kitchen is well equipped. Only complaint is the bathroom vanities are small, so there is no where to put your toiletries. We would definitely stay again.

They have a pool on main floor and one on the roof on the roof. The pool is about 28-29Celsius on main floor is very cold that Jacuzzi does not work working

First visit to Flamingos area of PV

Place was good. Beds hard. Pans to cook with terrible if you plan to cook. Staff responsive. The restaurant is only open Thursday to Sunday. No beach. You can not use the playa side.

Great views

Views were great. Used the rooftop pool which we really enjoyed. There were 3 adults in our group and size was fine. Think it would be tight with 4 adults. Beds were comfortable. There were toiletries in bathrooms but they weren't marked so unsure what they were other than hand soap. Beach umbrella was great to have. Would consider returning if we came back to area. Stores were walking distance.

Great Apartment by Flamingos

A beautiful apartment with amazing amenities. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. The Sky Pool and Lobby Pool are great for relaxing. The apartment was very well furnished with everything we needed for our 20 day stay. Definitely a great option in Nuevo Vallarta!

Would not stay here again

Poor value - small unit for 2 couples, construction noise is 6 days a week and this unit should not be rented until all construction is complete. We were disappointed along with all the other guests that we spoke to over the 28 day stay.
