Bright Boho Chic with a Stunning View in Jardins

This recently renovated 2 bedroom boho chic apartment has a complete open marble kitchen facing one of the nicest and safest areas of the city, Jardins/ Jardim Europa. 150 mbps wifi connection is at your service as well.

With a neutral and crude color pallete alligned with different textures this architecture project was developed to obtain a calm and ease sensation from the moment you step in. The natural elements incorporated, such as wood and ceramic on the floor were meant to bring a sense of coziness amidst the massive urban environment its set in. The marble in the kitchen brings elegance to the bright and open kitchen view integrated with a building-original concrete hollow that also allows light to flawlessly enter the dining and living area.

The dining and living rooms are perfectly connected to the kitchen and add a touch of "Brazility" with all of its small ornaments and decoration itens. The hammock and handmade bamboo/straw pendant light were both produced in the northeast region of Ceara by a local Brazilian artisan.

Both bedrooms have AC and face the nice and green area of Jardim Europa. One has a queen size bedroom and the other a double bed and a small work desk. The wifi internet connection is 100 mbps.

The main complete bathroom is also bright and spacious with a classic decoration. The small 1 piece toilet brings a more modern touch with a vivid color.

The location is unique and 2 blocks close to the OSCAR FREIRE subway station, which will allow you to have Sao Paulo at your foot. Also Pinheiros bohemian streets (Rua dos Pinheiros) are just a 5 minute walk away.

Once the reservation is confirmed we will get in touch to collect personal documents of all guests in order to authorize access to the building. On the day you arrive we will send you the door code to the apartment.
