L'élégance du tournant du siècle avec une touche moderne
Le bâtiment historique classé, en plus d'accueillir notre propriété, abrite également un restaurant étoilé Michelin au niveau de la rue. Cet appartement entièrement rénové offre une grande sensation d'un bâtiment du début du siècle avec de hauts plafonds, de vieilles portes hautes mais une disposition moderne avec toutes les caractéristiques du 21e siècle intégrées. L'appartement dispose de nouvelles fenêtres à double vitrage offrant une protection acoustique complète une fois que vous rentrez chez vous des rues animées de Pest. Une fois que vous sortez du bâtiment, vous sentirez que vous ne pourriez plus jamais sortir du centre. Sas utca regorge de restaurants, de cafés, situés près de la basilique, à 2 à 5 minutes à pied du Danube, du pont des chaînes et de la rue Kiraly, le quartier Ruinpubs de renommée mondiale, à 10 minutes à pied de la 2e grande synagogue du monde. L'appartement est au 3ème étage et le bâtiment dispose d'un ascenseur.

My family and I enjoyed staying here, the owner was quick to reply to messages and gave details with pictures on things like how to enter the building, get the keys, where to turn on the heat, etc. The rooms were nice, beds comfty and very clean bathrooms. We were so lucky to find this place. Plus it was so close to everything!

The location of the apartment can not be beat. It’s about a block to St Stephen’s and just blocks away from public transit. It has everything you will need for cooking, sleeping, chilling…whatever you want. Great communication with George and Barbara too!

George and Barbra are excellent host. Easy to communicate with and gave recommendations. The location is perfect. Restaurants, coffee, pastry shops right outside the door. Budapest adventure
Excellent property with great location, close to everything. Best communication from any owner I have worked with, helped with activity suggestions and secured private driver for transportation to airport. Highly recommend (the washer and dryer are a big plus) and will stay again when back in Budapest.

Outstanding location
Location could not be better: Literally steps to the basilica, Christmas market, Ferris wheel, etc. Metro stop is only a block away which made using public transportation a breeze. Property is very clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. Hosts were extremely helpful. We highly recommend.

The apartment has significant noise and light issues that made it difficult to sleep. The noise insulation is poor—you can hear sounds clearly from both inside and outside the unit. The bedroom sliding door is especially loud, and every time someone opens it, it wakes everyone up.
One of the bedrooms does not have blinds or dark curtains, so the bright morning light wakes you up very early. Additionally, light from the outside corridor shines into the room at night, making it very hard to fall asleep.
Overall, the apartment may not be suitable for light sleepers or anyone sensitive to noise and light.
