A wonderful, recently redesigned apartment, perfect for a longer stay where you'll pedal out the front entryway and within minutes connect with the Razorback Greenway. Downtown and 8th St Market are both quick bike ride or drive away.

1.2 miles from Bentonville Square and 1.5 miles from 1-49.
3 min drive to the Momentary, 4 min drive to Bentonville Square, and 6 min drive to Crystal Bridges.

Past the living room is a well-equipped kitchen. See inside the cabinet and drawers to find all the kitchen cookware for creating delicious meals. A washer and dryer are available off of the kitchen, so you don't need to travel home with dirty laundry.

Had some broken things like the toilet paper holder and the window blinds. WiFi did not work but was able to connect to the neighbors WiFi. Neighborhood is ok but outside of unit is a bit low end looking- it’s 3 rows of quad plex buildings which were not clear on the listing.

Great little place close to downtown

This was a great little place just minutes from Bentonville square. All conveniences (gas, groceries, things to do) are just minutes away. Even though close to downtown, we didn't hear the traffic like I thought we would. The house must be well insulated!

We enjoyed the apartment. Lots of space for us and location was ideal for us. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Reasonable rate for the apartment on Vrbo.

Great communication

Perfect for an overnight stay while in town for a concert. We would stay again for a longer stay if we came back. Our door code did not work but the host was quick to reply to my message and had a back up way for us to get in so it did not delay our entry. Super clean and great beds!

Great 2 Bedroom Apartment

We stayed for a week on spring break with 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a great time. The unit is recently rehabbed and very clean and comfortable.

It was perfect for our purpose. The location is good but I could see pickier people not loving the location. We didn’t mind. You can hear the neighbors through the wall but it wasn’t too bad.

Very nice, clean, and close to anything you may want to do in the Bentonville/Fayetteville area. The owners are also very helpful and quick to answer any questions you may have.

Middle of everything

The house was very clean and the property was so easy to find. Also every where we went was 20 minutes or less, so it feels like you are literally in the middle of everything. The owner was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us recommendations on stuff to do while we were there.
