This peaceful & very PRIVATE house in the safest neighborhood. House is SELF CHECK-IN and GATED, close to Downtown Culver City, The Culver Hotel, Sony, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, HBO, TikTok, Nike, Beats, Metro a thriving arts district , restraunts and much more. You’ll love my place because the location is tucked away from the busy traffic yet very centrally located. There is a garden and patio that guests are free to lounge in. We are less than 0,5 miles away from to Culver Center: LA fitness, Ralph’s , Starbucks and multiple delicious cafes and restaurants, bars and juice stores. . In addition, the property is within close proximity Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and LAX.

BACK STRUCTURE IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION! While we try to be super respectful please be aware that it might be noisy during work hours. BBQ area is temporary closed! Guests are only allowed to use front yard.

House is perfect for shooting movies/commercials, actors, military personal, families, retreats, airline crew, UCLA students, traveling nurses, traveling professionals, couples or any visitors visiting beautiful Los Angeles. The house offers complete privacy and is within walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy restaurants and gym. Relax and enjoy yourself and feel at home at our lovely unique house.


This is quite residential neighborhood, WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY GATHERING, PARTIES OR EVENTS! Our community agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. No illegal activity including drug use or underage drinking.

Pet policy:
We allow pets on a case by case basis and reserve the right to refuse. We charge an additional $150 per pet per stay if allowed which goes towards deep cleaning to accommodate future guests who may have allergies. This charge is mandatory no matter what type of animal it is. Please know you must inform us of any pets prior to booking. Please note that charge flat pet fee for only one pet ($150), if you are bringing multiple pets it will be extra charge of $100 per each pet after first one. We are happy to accommodate more than one pet, but there will be extra charge.

Parking:
We offer one parking spot on the driveway and parking pass for the second car. If you have 3rd car you will have to request in advance additional parking pass.

We can host up to 8 people, please NOTE that we have an ADDITIONAL charge for each guest after 4. We DO NOT allow any unregistered guests to be in the unit at anytime! If HOUSE RULES are not followed we reserve the right to terminate your reservation without any refund. This is for our safety and safety of our neighbors.

MAIN HOUSE AND BACK GUEST HOUSE ON THE LOT:
On this lot there is main house and back house. You will have access to the entire house along with the front yard. There is beautiful shared backyard with outdoors kitchen and BBQ. We have big driveway that can accommodate 2 cars, PLEASE NOTE that one parking spot on the driveway is designated for the back house - be mindful when parking. Main house offer one parking space on the driveway and parking pass that will allow second vehicle to be parked on the street. Please remember to return parking pass prior checking out as replacement coast $300

Trip to LA

We rented the 2 back units for two nights and were very happy with our accommodations. The apartments look like they were recently refurbished and were very clean. There was a Nespresso and Keurig coffeemaker and pods-nice touch. Sonia was there when we checked in and was extremely helpful.

Perfect location for visiting friends and UCLA

We were on the go during our time in LA, but this house was a comfortable place to come back to in order to relax. It was quiet at night, but also a good neighborhood for walking, and convenient to coffee shops and good places to eat. There is a nice outdoor space in back, but we didn't use it because of limited time. The owner was friendly and a prompt communicator.

Sweet stay near UCLA

Me, my parents and my sister needed a spot to stay near UCLA, as we were dropping off my niece at the beginning of the school year. This spot was perfect. It was only about 10 minutes HWY, and 15 side streets away from campus. There's a 7-11 near by, and several spots to eat dinner and breakfast. It's got a nice big TV and plenty of seating. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Just what we needed

This home is clean, spacious and was just right for our extended family in town for a graduation. Proximity to UCLA is reasonably good. Neighborhood is just ok (trash trucks were noisy and the parking situation can get complicated). Owner was very responsive and helpful. This was a very good alternative to several overpriced hotel rooms!

Nice neighborhood bungalow

This property is as advertised; a nice bungalow in a very quier,walkable neighborhood of Culver City, yet close to the attractions of downtown CC and greater Los Angeles. Our family of 4 stayed here because our daughter lives in CC, so we were only about 3 minutes away from her. Cafes are in walking distance. The living room and kitchen were roomy and the beds were comfy. The Wifi worked well. The proprietor was very responsive, as we had a problem with a clogged sink drain and it was addressed quickly. We would stay here again.

Great place!

The property was wonderful. Even nicer than the photos. Owner was super responsive when we ran out of shampoo. She was easy to work with as well. I was initially nervous to stay b/c it was a new listing and the address was vague to protect the property but everything was great! Also, she dies lots of nice extras. A nice coffee machine with Felix flavors, etc. we don’t drink coffee but I know the coffee was a special extra.

LA Culver

While the host was very responsive, the property was disappointing. When we first arrived, we found the master bed and box spring on the floor w no frame or headboard. Also the shared outdoor space was was cluttered w supplies and boxed appliances for an apparent remodel of the other unit. They quickly addressed these but it didn’t leave a good impression. The floors were clean but there was dirt in other smaller places like soap dispensers and mildew in showers etc. we decided to stay elsewhere despite the extra cost
