I first visited Cayman Brac in 1996 and returned in 1997 and bought an ocean front lot. I have visited every year since, except for one, and have visited as many as four times in one year. The diving is amazing and the people are the best in the world. I sold my lot at 10 PM, December 31, 2020.
During COVID, the island did an amazing job of protecting it's residents. The borders were closed, and the entire population quarantined for six weeks, and the virus was stopped. Afterwards, I was allowed entry into the country and required to quarantine for fourteen days. After the quarantine period, I was free to travel on all three islands. It was like living in a Pandemic movie. Going through security in the airports and being the only person besides security was crazy. Several times, I stood on Seven Mile Beach in Grand, and there was not a person in sight in either direction except for the two people working the Red Sails booth. I got to stay at the Ritz several times and was the only guest at the pool bar area on several occasions. It was very strange.
I purchased this property in October 2022. It is a perfect little house for a romantic getaway, a couple of friends, and a small family.

Located right beside a Marine Replenishment Zone, it provides great fishing, conching, and lobstering during appropriate open seasons.
There is a small concrete dock allowing water entry on property, weather permitting, and an outdoor shower and gear rinse container for cleanup.
