This property was so great! Really nice location, short drive to the main strip, but far enough away to feel remote. The back of the property is wooded and private. The hot tub was clean. The decor in the cabin is really fun. Nicely furnished. The game room was a lot of fun! We even had a bear visit the morning we were leaving!

This cabin is great for two people. The decor and layout were an awesome touch for that cabin feel with all the luxuries you need. With sliding doors on every level, it provided easy access to the wonderful scenery. Hot tub was awesome, right outside of master. Everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. The only issue I had, even though the spiral staircase is a cool touch, it was a pain trying to get out luggage down to master bedroom. I would recommend to not take luggage through the front door and take it around back to sliding doors of master.Bathroom doors could stand to be adjusted:Master bathroom door would not stay closed.1/2 bath door did not want to stay open.

This was our fourth trip to Gatlinburg and our second stay in this awesome cabin! It is so convenient to downtown and yet it still has the feel of being in the mountains. We love it and definitely will return.

This was our second time staying here and we will be back again. We like the location so much! We walk to downtown Gatlinburg (.5 mi.) and since the cabin is located toward the front of the strip, you can easily drive to pigeon forge and avoid downtown traffic.

Incredible cabin and great hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The cabin itself is amazing. It is exactly like the photos on the listing, if not better. The location is great. The hosts are wonderful people as well. All around, highly recommend.

This cabin was such a perfect romantic get-a-way for my husband and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary! The outdoor shower was amazing. We loved it. Great location! We will definitely be back!

Picture Perfect

This cabin was beautiful!!! But the spiral staircase connecting the floors is definitely for young people. We loved that it’s so close to downtown Gatlinburg but tucked in enough that it feels secluded. Not the coziest place we have been but very pleasing to the eye !! We enjoyed it soo much !!!

Secluded, very clean, everything there we needed Back stairs may be too slick to use in freezing weather, do to hvac units draining onto the deck.

Quaint and spacious!

This was a last-minute booking and we were happy to find it. We will definitely stay there again if it is available. Certainly would not be handicap accessible, but not many cabins in the mountains are. I say this because of the spiral staircase that goes from the main level down to the master suite. If you’re unsteady in your gate, you may not like this.Kind of a funky main floor sink, but everything else was pretty nice.

Very nice cabin!

We loved the Cabin. You can walk to anything in Gatlinburg from it. Very clean and very well stocked. We will definitely be coming back! Just a heads up for people pulling up to the cabin. Pull to the second drive way. The first one the gravel is too deep and we almost got stuck. Other than that, perfect!

So cute and excellent location

Super cute place. Still new. In the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge made for an excellent location. Bring slippers for the bedroom. The floor is cold in the winter. The bed is very hard. Management was very kind and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend this place for a couple with no mobility issues as there is a spiral staircase and no outside ramp or deck to roll your suitcase in and out. Cute decor Highly recommend

Exceptional!!

This was my first time using this service, I’ve usually stayed at hotels before but this time wanted a more private and intimate setting. This place did not disappoint at all. I actually brought my own blanket and towel because I wasn’t sure what to expect. I DID NOT use them, this place was clean and immaculately kept. Believe me, the pictures are great but it doesn’t capture how amazing this location is… honestly I would purchase and live there if I could. The details from the décor to the necessities you need are impeccable. I enjoyed the city and will be back, I will not stay anywhere else but here so please if you stay here, keep it up because it’ll be my home for a few days every year lol Location: amazing Cleanliness: amazing Safety/security: amazing The entire process was amazing!!! Ok, I think you get it now… the place is AMAZING!!!!!

Multiple issues

I want to start off by saying that the management office did a great job with follow up and getting issues addressed. However, the issues we had, just continued. The cabin is interesting as a 3 story cabin. There is a pool table at the top level, a main level and then the bedroom is in the basement floor. The AC in the main area never gets cool and we were unable to get any fans on the main level to turn on. Then we get to one of the major issues. The bedroom AC poured water from the head unit starting from the first night. We called the emergency number and the staff came quickly. It appeared to work but then at 3:30am on the second night, it did the same. So we just turned it off to avoid another flood. The overhead fan did keep things comfortable but if you come in the summer, it might not. Another issue in the bedroom is the bed. It is possibly the hardest mattress that I have ever slept on outside of a camping cot. Finally,I have an EV and had continued issues with the EV Charger. I was unable to get it to work the first night. The maintenance staff came the next morning and was able to get it to work. That evening, it stopped working again. I was able to reset it from the breaker myself, but I had to do that every time I needed to charge my car. We probably wouldnt go back to this cabin.

AMAZING WEEKEND

This was a Birthday / Anniversary celebration on a long weekend. The cabin was exceptional and Gatlinburg did not disappoint! We saw bears, deer and lots of turkey with a snow on the ground before we left! What more could we ask for?! My only complaint was the bed is hard as a rock and the tv wasn't user friendly!. But, I guess that is just personal preference. Thank you for hosting us.
