Lovely holiday home in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, five minutes from Las Canteras beach.
The 73 m² accommodation has a double bedroom and a second single bedroom, a large bright living room and a separate kitchen.
It has a capacity for 3 adult people and a baby cot. It is possible to sleep on the sofa, too. That makes 4 adults.

The flat is located on the top floor of a completely barrier-free building with two lifts. This place will be very appreciated by families with small children or people who love peace. The neighbourhood is very local and has a wonderful atmosphere.

Housing very well equipped - it has high speed internet and two desks, so if you need to work at home, you will feel very comfortable here. The signal is very strong in all rooms, you don't have to worry about problems with your Zoom call.
In case you want to watch a movie, you will appreciate a great smart TV with Netflix. All appliances in the property are new - washing machine, large fridge with freezer, oven and microwave, even DeLonghi Italian coffee machine. We also provide toaster, kettle, blender, electric radiator and hairdryer.
Those guests who like to cook will appreciate a very well equipped kitchen with all kinds of pots and pans.

If you like a large sleeping area, you will be delighted - this house has a 180 cm wide double bed with new ergonomic mattresses, which is not common in the Canary Islands. In case you need two single beds in this room, we can easily separate them for you.
Beach towels are at your disposal.

Children are welcome, we have prepared everything for them - cot with suitable mattress, high chair, potty, toilet seat, step stool, cutlery, beach toys and even foam floor puzzles, so they have a comfortable place to play and you don't have to bring anything else than their favourite cuddly toy.

The flat is in a very central location, only 5 minutes walk to Las Canteras beach, 10 minutes to Confital beach, 5 minutes to the local market with bars and all the shops, but being attic style it is still very quiet, which is one of its main advantages because who wouldn't appreciate a good night's sleep!

The bus stop is just behind the corner - in a few minutes the bus can take you to the old town without any problems. In front of the property there is a gym, hairdresser, pharmacy, post office and churreria, where you can have your morning coffee and churros. On the other side of the building there is a big park called Castillo de la Luz, with a small castle, a park and a big playground, which your children will love. If you need help with childcare, there is a small nursery for children, called Guajitos. There is also a supermarket within walking distance (3 minutes).
