THE HOME

The home can accommodate up to 10 guests in four bedrooms and has a fully renovated interior with a master bedroom with a king bed and a vanity bathroom, a second bedroom with a king bed, a third bedroom with two full beds, and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. There is also an extra spacious sectional couch in the living room that can be used for additional sleeping space. The home is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, YouTube TV, and other amenities, and is stocked with essentials such as a washer, dryer, shampoo, conditioner, towels, pool towels, hairdryer, and kitchen essentials. This home would be a great option for a quick getaway, a longer stay for working from home, or a staycation.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The home has a huge backyard with a large heated swimming pool with pool toys and towels. A game room with pool table, darts and resort style lounging chairs, BBQ grill as well as a shady patio with seating and a fire pit for stargazing and roasting s'mores.

Access to the front door via a Yale Nest touch keypad. The code is reset after each guest stay and will be given a day before the guests arrive, along with check-in instructions.

POOL: Can be heated upon request to 86 degrees farenheit. The pool heating fee is $100 per night and the pool must be requested to be heated at least 48 hours in advance. The pool is cleaned twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays, but it can be cleaned on another day for an additional fee of $50.

QUIET HOURS: The occupants of the home are expected to keep noise levels at a reasonable level and not cause a disturbance to the neighbors or the general public. The maximum occupancy of the home should not be exceeded without written consent, and there are quiet hours from 9pm to 8am. It is important to be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing the neighbors and to avoid a $1000 fine from the city. Guests who continue to cause a disturbance may be asked to leave without a refund. It is important to follow these rules and policies to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the vacation rental or vacation home.

PARKING: . Guests are allowed to park in the driveway and on the side of the house (gated), and there is space for up to six cars in total with plenty of street parking.

SMOKING: Smoking is allowed on the outside of the house, but not inside. Thank you! :)
