We had such a great time at the ranch! It was incredibly charming and fun to be in a home with such history.The house was completely stocked with anything you could possibly need, from the kitchen to the laundry room.Pool was great and very welcome on the hot days. The kids had everything they needed to keep themselves entertained.Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and we were given an abundance of towels, which was very much appreciated.We would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

The ranch is an amazing place that the whole family enjoyed. It is so beautiful, full of history and very relaxing. The owners are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was an ideal setting for our family as we love the ranch setting but were close enough to Santa Fe to take in all that it offers as wll.

Our family stay with 14 (8 adults and 6 children) worked out extremely well with this property. As a working ranch, the property owner was available everyday for pool maintenance and cleaning the deck around the pool. The hot tub was also a hit for adults and children alike. Both the pool and hot tub were fantastic amenities, the area is fully fenced, and made safe with a locking gate. The property also was fenced with a locking gate opened with a key code. The ranch house was charming with decades of memorabilia on shelves, historical information, and an extensive library. The beds were very comfortable and the interior and exterior spaces were pleasant and enabled small group and entire family gatherings. The kitchen worked well for the gathering, although we did not prepare much food except for breakfast and lunch. Our evening meals were carry-in or prepared and delivered by the Santa Fe Chef, Jackson Ault. The ranch is just off a state highway with very easy access to Santa Fe. We asked the owner for restaurant recommendations, and he was spot on with places that had carryout and had delicious food. I plan to return to the ranch. It was a great family residence.

Amazing Location. Everyone absolutely loved it. It was very accommodating, private and beautiful. Lots of history in this house. Host is amazing and helpful. We held an event there for Xmas and there was enough space and parking for everyone. Everyone raged about how much they loved it. Looking forward to renting again!

Great time at the Ranch

We had a wonderful time at the Santa Fe Ranch Eatate. The house was decorated for Christmas, there were plenty of beds for our family, and we had a wonderful week.

Awesome place to stay

Rancho San Marcos was such a great place for our family to stay. We had 13 people and 3 dogs and it couldnt have been better. The pool was a lot of fun and the reading about the history of the place was amazing. It was well stocked and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Spring Break

This was an amazing place for our families Spring Break. A quiet get away close to all of our planned activities. The Ranch hand came out once a day to bring us firewood and fresh eggs and took out the trash daily. The views were stunning and the hot tub was so relaxing.

Lovely historic adobe ranch house. Plenty of bathrooms and bedroom space. Kitchen was nice, and was easy to eat all our meals out on the covered porch on the two giant picnic tables. Hummingbird feeders attracted many birds. Nice shady lawn space too, that was really nice for all of us to gather on lawn chairs in the breezy shade. Friendly, responsive and helpful host. Very peaceful and secluded area. Pool was great.

Amazing Property

We loved everything about this house. There was plenty of room for all of us and was stocked with essentials. Will is a great host, he is responsive to questions and even let us know when he would be on the property to tend to the cows so we could visit with them! The pool and game room were great for the kids and the adults.

Very relaxing property!!

Do you want to have no neighbors except the humming birds and lizards. Look no further. The property is beyond beautiful. Plenty of sleeping options nice kitchen and hang out spaces. One of the best pools I have ever swam in! If you want a farm retreat this is the place to go. Best part it is 15 mins away from Santa Fe.

Beautiful house

Great pace to stay for a 4 day weekend . Very nice owners. Everyone had fun. Plenty of room for everyone. Only about 25 minutes to downtown Santa Fe.(old Town) . I would stsr thete again.

A true vacation home.

This place was wonderful. The plan had been for the family to get together here and poke around Santa Fe and Taos, but the house and the surrounding area was so lovely and relaxing that we really just stayed there most of the time. The pool was relaxing and bigger than I expected. So many little nooks to to relax and hang out. E may just come back again and plan to stay at the house the whole time!

Stunning retreat.

Perfect place for our group to unwind and enjoy the magical surroundings of Santa Fe. Tons of space with loads of history. Gigantic pool with mountain views. Didn’t appear to have AC in the activity room but we spent most of our time by the pool/hot tub. Highly recommend!
