Cozy studio with full kitchen, microwave and washing machine, WiFi and TV. Great to come back after a busy day in London to this adorable pad, with a comfortable sofa and bed with cotton linens and power shower with heated floors. Supermarket and delicious coffee shops and restaurants are minuets away.
Take a 15 min stroll through Tooting Bec Commons to the tube or 5 mins to bus ride. Located in south west London on the Northern line it will take 20-30 mins to get anywhere near in central London

Down in SW London

The studio apartment was just as it looked in the pictures and very comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit out of the way with little in walking distance. The nearest tube stop is a 20 minute walk or bus ride and it is another 30 minutes into central London

Decent stay

I would say that property was very clean and what I expected. Unfortunately the heat was not working when I arrived. After a long flight we needed to unwind and get warm butbl had to leave the property to get warm. It took quite awhile to get in touch with then property owner so it took quite a few hours to get the heat turned on. Maybe in the future the owner could leave a number so the communication would be quicker.

I’m overseas in nyc so your 7.30am call did not reach me until 7am for me. based on the weather the heat WAS on but unfortunately there must have been a power surge which turned off the electrical circuit which actually was in the unit. Based on all your attempts to try the different outlets I would think that should have been the first thought.!!!! I also asked if you had checked that. So my call out was for the contractor to come and switch up the circuit breaker which he did the same afternoon. Issue that are out of my control don’t deserve a bad review sir. Think before you write next time

Good place but not as private as you may think

My wife and I rented this studio for a week. We liked the place. It was clean, and the check in process was straightforward. The check in info was easy to follow (except may be for the distinction between the wifi name and the password, but we could eventually figure it out). The host was professional and quick to reply to our messages. The neighborhood is quite convenient as it's within a walking distance to public transportation which can take you to virtually anywhere in London. Since the first a few minutes in the studio, we noticed this door in the closet which looked like it leads to a house at the back of the studio. The door was locked, so we thought that it was inaccessible from both sides. However, in the last day and about 1.5 hours prior to our check out, somebody barged into the studio from that door while my wife and I were in our underwear (no knocking on the door or anything of the sort). It was shocking for us and it ruined the whole experience (privacy means a lot for us). It also posed some doubts about the privacy of the place while we were away.

Hello Again I want to express my sincere apologies this has never happened before a complete error on the part of my cleaner. The apartment is totally separate door goes into a hallway with another door so you are totally secure and separate and only the cleaner uses that key as there is also a storage, and cleaning room. Nevertheless I can only imagine your complete shock of this happening. So very sorry FYI the cleaner was also so upset and sends her apologies also☹️

Perfect

I really enjoyed my stay at Ruth's accommodation. The studio is well equipped and comfortable, and the neighbourhood is very quiet and pleasant. 20min walk from places like Tooting Broadway, and buses can take you there easily. I would definitely recommand this place and would love to come back!
