Charming and beachy, this two-bedroom cottage at Holiday House in Wells features every simple comfort for a summer spent at the beach.

The cottage community of Holiday House enjoys a prime location along Route 1 between downtown Ogunquit and Wells, with Footbridge and Ogunquit Beaches both within a one-mile walk or bike ride. (Two adult-size bikes are even provided for your use.) On the shared grounds, you'll find an outdoor swimming pool, a sundeck, and charcoal grills and picnic tables for barbecue dinners in the evenings.

This particular cottage is tucked at the edge of the trees, with an outdoor seating area that's perfect for sipping cold drinks, playing cards, and relaxing in the afternoons. The interior is cute and cozy, offering a living room with a smart TV, a snug kitchen with every essential appliance, and two dining areas to choose from - one indoors and one on the delightful screened porch. Complimentary WiFi is provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
