Perfect location, in a cozy and modern unit! This apartment has an amazing downtown luxury feeling as well as key amenities like Netflix ✔ washer and drier ✔ fitness facilities ✔ 24hr security at the front desk✔ and paid garage parking available✔ open layout one-bedroom apartment Center of downtown, with a street car right outside. CVS convenience store right outside. For transportation, we recommend the free KC Streetcar that stops right outside the apartment building, or Uber.

Its a secured building, but not feeling policy. I had no problem finding parking, Its on the 20th floor the view is breath taking. Its a home away from home, very quite. Shower was amazing, closet space and is very clean with everything you will need is there. I forgot to take a photo

Quick get away

Place was very nice, the only issue was the door getting in which was told on the entery packet but still did not make it easy to get in. But place was very nice

Great stay

We were in KC for a concert. The downtown apartment was in a very convenient location, for walking or the KC streetcar. The apartment staff and residents were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Room itself is good, the building not so much

The room itself was great. Very clean, described accurately, no issue there. However, the building itself isn't maintained well. Access control was a problem. Elevators were hit or miss with the key rob, and also weren't very clean. The door handle needs replaced since the key only works a certain way, and if you don't get it right, you can't get in.

Thanksgiving get away

The property location is great. Building under construction and so is the gate getting in and out of property . Instructions need updating if VRBO guests are expected to enter at this location for lock box. Condo is great but the lock on the door is not easy to get in and should be fixed instead of trying to explain how to turn the key past the unlock status

Very nice 20th floor condo at Sky on Main. Right by the library and streetcar line-so convenient to River Market, Crossroads, KCPL areas. Had everything we needed/nicely appointed. A note: take key card out of pouch to activate elevator use (and unfortunately no luggage storage option) Don’t miss Mildred’s around the corner-great coffee. Ease with communication with hosts. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

KC for wedding

Great location. Had everything needed, especially appreciated the extras left like laundry soap, and shower toiletries. Pick up street car right out front. Free coffee 24/7 in the game room. Host was perfect! I highly recommend it here.

Great Kansas City Stay!

This is a great location for a stay in the city. Within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment in the heart of downtown, but also on the city car route if you prefer not to walk or drive. The host provided detailed directions for an easy check in and the security staff was also very friendly and helpful. Parking is always a challenge downtown but the gated covered lot at the library was right across the street for an additional fee. Will stay again next time we are in KC.

This is a very nice place to stay. The host is outstanding, great location, quiet, and clean. It's a secure building, parking is easy and convenient. Nicely equipped, very comfortable.

Location location, location

If you want to stay downtown, this spot was a great location as the free streetcar was in front of the building. A few things kept us from 5 stars. Maintenance was lacking (dirty filter and dirty heat exchanger on the Bosch dryer) and no instructions for the either washer or dryer. The pocket door between bedroom and bathroom had loose track and wouldn't close completely. And the hose on shower spray was leaking badly. There was the bare minimum of non-absorbent towels -2 bath towels and 1 hand towel and no bath mat. Calls to host resolved none of these issues. Parking was around the corner in a pay lot. Construction in the commercial areas of the building and parking issue made loading and unloading problematic. We were told there was construction in the building garage when we booked last month but other tenants were able to park there. If these issues were resolved the unit could be 5 star. There is a nice little breakfast/ lunch shop in lobby but they are closed on weekend.

Great location, very walkable to convention center. Parking was easy and property was secure. Amazing game room/entertaining area. Room was clean and spacious.
