Here’s how we’re addressing the concerns you raised: Cleanliness: The messes you found upon arrival are unacceptable. We’ve reviewed our cleaning protocols to ensure all areas, including floors and window sills, are thoroughly inspected and cleaned before each guest’s arrival. Bathroom Access: I understand the inconvenience of having the bathroom accessible only through the master bedroom. We’ve updated the listing to clearly communicate this layout to future guests. Bathroom Door: The bathroom door issue has been resolved to ensure it stays securely closed. Low Ceilings: We’ve added notes to the listing regarding the low ceiling heights in the basement and shower to better set expectations for taller guests. Lack of Mirrors: Mirrors have been added to all bedrooms to make getting ready easier.
