The neighborhood is full of pine trees and awesome people. It's very close to hiking and biking trails. You'll find many dinning and recreation options nearby.

It is fifteen minutes to Northstar and Palisades Tahoe ski resorts and twenty minutes to Lake Tahoe. The scenery will fill your soul!
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. Please do not place any hot dishes on the countertops without protection. It will damage the stone.
4. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
5. Please respect the noise curfew (9pm-9am).
6. Please turn up the AC to 76 when you leave.
7. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
8. Please take extra care of your keys. There is a $50 fee to replace them.
9. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
11. No leaving food outside or feeding wildlife.
