Beachfront resort within walking distance to downtown Cabo

With this property you can stay at one of two Grand Solmar resorts as detailed below; however, please inquire with us PRIOR to booking thru Vrbo to make sure that there is availability. If you would like to stay at Land's End, be advised that booking 6-12 months in advance will help. Again though, please check with us first prior to booking to make sure that there is availability. Check-in is also available any day of the week. Come anytime, and not just on a Friday or Saturday!

Grand Solmar Lands End:
This elegant one bedroom (1,248 square ft.) master suite overlooking the Pacific Ocean is the perfect setting to spend a wonderful vacation. The resort is a 5 diamond resort rated within the 25 best resorts in the world. The master suite features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and private terrace. It can easily accommodate four adults. Children under 12 are welcome and do not count in the number of people staying in the unit. Master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet and master bathroom is closed off from the dining area. A queen Murphy bed is located in the dining / living are with an extra full bathroom available. Both beds are very comfortable. This is an amazingly beautiful property, and we fell in love with it on our first visit. Linens and towels are provided along with daily housekeeping. Excellent Staff. Wireless internet access and flat screen satellite TV.

Grand Solmar Lands End amenities include a secluded beach, heated infinity pools, swim up bar, jacuzzi, spa, fully equipped gym, beach side cabanas, restaurants, in villa dining available, concierge available to assist with tours, activities and other.

The Resort is just a short walk or shuttle ride away from downtown Cabo and the Marina where you will find shopping, dining, nightlife, tours and activities. You only have to walk a few feet on a sandy beach to wet your feet in the Pacific Ocean. We do not recommend swimming in the Ocean as the waves and rip currents are dangerous; however, if you want, you can go to a public beach less than a 15 minute walk away (or minutes by Uber or taxi) and swim and snorkel where the beach is safe. Just ask resort staff, and they will advise you where to go.

While swimming is not recommended on the Pacific side, if you like to fish, fishing from the beach is available for inshore species such as Rooster Fish, Pompano, Spanish Mackerel, Jack Crevalle, Amber and Yellow Tail Jacks, Trigger fish and others. Please note that you must provide your own equipment - the resort does not provide or rent it.

Access and free transportation are available to and from Rancho San Lucas where you have access to 35% off green fees at a Greg Norman-designed, 18 hole island green ocean front golf course. Golfers can also chose from at least a dozen additional world class courses in the area designed by top course architects.

Lastly, friendly, helpful resort staff with concierge are always available to assist you with any need from car rentals and tours to dinner or golf reservations.

Rancho San Lucas:
Room details are similar to those available at Grand Solmar Lands End.

Amenities include a secluded beach, heated pools, salt water water park, waterslide, rope swing, kayak rental, swim up bar, jacuzzi, spa, fully equipped gym, pool side cabanas, restaurant, in villa dining available, and concierge available to assist with tours, activities and other.

Additional amenities include a Kids Club and other activities included. The area is also popular for cycling, and bike hire and car hire are available at the accommodations.

Fishing is also available from the beach here under the same conditions and circumstances as Lands End, and similar to Lands End, swimming in the ocean is not recommended due to dangerous waves and rip currents.

As described above, this resort has a Greg Norman designed 18 hole island green ocean front golf course, and you have access to 35% off green fees during your stay.

Additional details applicable to both resorts include:
If there are more than 4 people coming, you can book a second master suite for an additional nightly rate. You also have access to the Grocery Clerk who will, at request, purchase your groceries and have them in your unit for you when you arrive. You receive 30% off of spa services and 50% off all excursions, and there is access to a shuttle to / from the airport.
