Veronica was a great host. She immediately took care of my issues and concerns and checked in to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The property was very clean, with beautiful ocean views. Kids loved the pool area as well.

Beautiful clean place with a friendly host that gets back to you fast. The only con is that the mudroom doesn’t have ac in it making the common area really warm and the bedrooms ok if the blinds stay closed and fans are running. Side note: the resort charges for the gym, also has a lazy river and a heated pool.

Beautiful place!

Nice clean beautiful place to stay. Amazing view! Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant on site was delicious. Great communication with property manager. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

Great views

This is our second time staying at Esmeralda Resort. The penthouse is very accommodating, the resort is very clean and everything is at your fingertips. The views are beautiful, great view of the pool and beach.

My Family and I stayed here July 11th to July 18th. It was a great place with beautiful views and all the accommodations we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The home was very clean and had what we needed available to keep up with it for the week we were there. The pools were awesome and the lazy river was great. My kids loved it. The beach was beautiful and mostly sandy. Veronica, our host, was great as well. She was very responsive. Answered all my questions immediately. The check in process was very easy and fast. I loved that there was a guard at the gate and only people with reservation were allowed to park and enter the area. The service at Diegos bar was great. The bar tenders were very attentive and the food was good. All in all, it was a great experience.

I like the condo overall, check in easy and quick. I believe that the property needs additional eateries. But I also notice how Diego tiki inflate the prices on dollars and the difference in how the customer service is different between Caucasian clients vs Hispanic. Caucasian very polite, quick, unforgettable vs Hispanic long time to be serve, forgot the food it was cold by the time we pick it up and this was after we went and asked what happened they forgot that it was for to go. This happened to me also in 2024.

Overall was very good. You can probably update the towels, very old and torn. The second bedroom mattress it was horrible, and so the pillows. Missing light bulbs . Otherwise the experience was awesome. Thank you.
