The Owl House was an amazing place to stay for our family of 9. We were able to visit all the Sedona sites due to the perfect location. We were also able to enjoy the pool and spa which was just the perfect size for us. We highly recommend the Owl House, both the owner and the property manager were readily available for questions and even suggestions.

We visited in mid-May 2026 and the house was awesome. Very clean and comfortable all around. Kitchen is well stocked, all bedrooms were very nice, and stack of clean pool towels was super convenient. The pool/spa was amazing after hikes and busy days. Location was great, just a few blocks from the main road. Great communication with the owner, super friendly. Strong recommendation.

Dan and Christi were terrific hosts! We’ve been to many bnbs but I’d put this one at the top of the list. Well stocked with all the essentials, great entertainment spaces, beds and pillows super comfortable, and just the right decorative touches. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool, ping ping, back deck - just a wonderful stay for the 7 adults in my family.

Family vacation

This property had so much space everyone had their own area when needed, but had great spaces to bring everyone together beautiful property, beautiful location, convenient for grocery and food. We loved the pool and the hot tub and all the outdoor seating options we didn’t wanna leave.!!

We had an outstanding girls trip and the Owl House was perfectly set up to host this type of trip. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, multiple spaces to spread out both inside & outside. Would be a great place for couples as well as generational family trips. We loved the well stocked kitchen and appreciated the labels to know where things went. The best part of the house is the location in West Sedona. Less than 5 mins to restaurants and grocery stores, and about 10-15 mins to major attractions. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms had ceiling fans which helped a lot since we were there in August. We have already recommended the house to several people. Our only issue during the stay was not having bath towels on the day of check in. We searched the house and finally found them in the dryer along with other sheets. Several days later we planned to do a load of laundry and found another load of wet towels in the washer which we dried & folded along with the first load. I sent messages to the owner & property manager letting them know we left the stacks on the ping pong table but neither acknowledged the messages.

Great Getaway

This house was the perfect location to enjoy all Sedona has to offer!! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It was really easy to get ahold of the property manager and he replied quickly with any little questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect spot for a girls trip

We were a large group of college friends traveling to celebrate our 30th birthday. This spot was perfect- we used the pool and patio space everyday, and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Was a great home base for our adventures around Sedona. The property manager Dan was so wonderful and gave us some recommendations for hikes and off-the-beaten path energy vortexes. It was a very special trip and I would 100% stay again!

Great location house had everything you needed ! Pictures don’t do it justice great floor plan for two families. Pool was nice paid to have it heated in early April would definitely come back

Great Property

This is a comfortable, clean, well stocked home in a convenient neighborhood of Sedona. The house is close to everything, but quiet and private. We were a group of 7 family members and had plenty of space to spread out. The beds are very comfortable and clean. Dan, the property manager, was responsive and helpful. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Wonderful home in Sedona

The layout was perfect for our family of 7 and gave us a perfect starting spot for all our Sedona adventures. Plenty of kitchen items to get you started and very close to grocery store (and many delicious restaurants). Beautiful views on our morning walks. Heated pool was great as it was still chilly at the end of March. The kids really enjoyed the ping pong table, corn hole and games. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to explore all that Sedona has to offer (which is a lot!).

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

Wonderful space for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 9-12). Great to have the pool and spa heated for our early December stay. This house was clean and very spacious. The hosts were very responsive, they even left us a bottle of delicious wine! The kids loved pool, spa, ping pong, bean bags, tv, and they even worked on a puzzle! Great location! We took in pink jeeps, hiking, Grand Canyon, Chapel of the Holy Cross and Sedona shopping area. Great restaurant choices - kid friendly. We highly, highly recommend this home. We have stayed at many vrbos - this home is one of our top likes. Great place!
