Other things to note Please keep the sliding doors shut to keep the AC running. The AC will automatically shut off if the sliding doors are even slightly left ajar. Also, if you leave for an extended period of time, the AC sensors will automatically return the set temperature to 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Note: this automatic system is set up by the HOA to conserve energy.
Aloha! We are a second floor centrally air-conditioned studio spacious for up to two guests with a cozy private lanai that allows you to view the gorgeous West Maui Mountains, from inside the condo. We have newly painted, decorated, and supplied our home away from home in paradise, the heart of Lahaina. We are very excited to share our “gem” with you! There is one pool on site as well as one jacuzzi. Enjoy the swimming pool being only a few steps away! Also, there are two gas BBQ grills with the most convenient one being right next to the pool. Cook and swim at the same time! Snorkel with the Turtles at the World Famous Lahaina Beach that is only a short walk away through the lobby!
Here are just a few amenities that we hope you will enjoy: - one eastern king bed - porcelain tile flooring throughout entire condo and lanai with all new fully equipped kitchen includes new dishes, silverware, cutlery and utensils, glassware, Tupperware, pots, pans, and marble kitchen accessories, etc. - new full size stainless steel refrigerator - smart plugs - beach wagon - ice chest - beach chairs and beach umbrella - pool toys - beach toys - new flat screen tv- walk-in shower - upgraded free high speed internet and cable
NOTE: At the time of check-in , the resort, Lahaina Shores will charge you directly a parking fee of $15.00 per day. I do not collect these fees nor do I pay them on your behalf. You must pay the resort directly for any parking fees. I am not responsible for those fees. Lahaina shores will place a $100 credit card hold for incidentals like smoking and not returning the parking garage key card and the room key card.
Also, the laundry room is on every floor just next to the elevators.
This is a NON-smoking unit. No pets allowed. The condo is professionally cleaned per Hawaii State Laws.

Wonderful location!
We were in town for one week. The place was fantastic! There was so much to do starting right next door. The condo was clean and comfortable. They even had chairs and a water stuff there. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

Lovely condo in a great location.
The condo is spacious and well maintained. It has an outs lanai with nice furniture and a Mountain View. One additional appliance needed is a toaster. Otherwise the kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to others.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. Shelly, the host was available and helpful and super accommodating.
The unit was perfect. It is clean and has a big bathroom and a kitchen. It’s located in a great spot. You easily walk or bike into Lahaina. There are all kinds of activities nearby.

Love the facility
Have been staying in this facility for many years and I am glad that there is another unit that we can use thru VRBO. Proximity to Lahaina, and the main road to work your way around the island are key reasons. This unit is clean and modern with plenty of space for a studio. Provides beach chairs and items to use for laundry. Excellent choice.

Great condo and location!
First time to Lahaina and we stayed at Lahaina Shores thanks to my relatives who have stayed here each visit for many years. It’s a great choice if you want a beach, a pool and easy access to Lahaina’s restaurants and activities. Inexpensive parking too, which can be very pricey at other resorts. The staff and concierge were wonderful. The condo was beautiful and well equipped- beach chairs / water toys were a plus. We had a question about the tv and our host was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit! Thank you for your hospitality!

Nice location with restaurants nearby and a short walk away from Banyon Court but far enough to be out of the bustle. Beach and pool on property.
