Nicholas and his guests were an absolute pleasure to host at our Lake Harmony home. From the moment they booked, communication was clear and courteous. They arrived on time, respected the house rules, and treated the property with genuine care — just the way a host hopes guests will. They left the home in excellent condition, which we truly appreciate, and it was clear they enjoyed and made the most of their time in the area. We'd be happy to welcome Nicholas and his group back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts! Melissa

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and kind review! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that you and your guests had such a great stay and that the home provided the space, comfort, and fun you were looking for. It truly means the world to us when guests notice the care and attention we put into maintaining our properties — we take great pride in making sure every home is clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared so that our guests can simply relax and enjoy their time together. It’s wonderful to know that the kitchen setup came in handy during your stay! We do our best to include a wide variety of tools, cookware, and small appliances so that whether you're cooking a full meal or just making snacks for the snacks, you have everything you need at your fingertips. Thank you for pointing out the tip about condiments — that’s an excellent reminder and something we’ll work on communicating even more clearly with future guests. We’re especially glad that the loft area with the pool table added that extra element of fun to your trip. That space was designed with groups like yours in mind — a place to hang out, unwind, and make memories after a long day of exploring or lounging by the lake. It sounds like the home was a great fit for your group, and we’re so happy it offered the right amount of space and comfort for everyone to spread out and feel at home. Thank you again for being such respectful and appreciative guests — it was truly a pleasure hosting you.
