We have a small 3 bedroom Home that sits on 3 acres. It is private with wifi, full kitchen and cooking utensils and dishes provided. There is also coffee and teas provided. We have a small deck to sit out on as well. Covered parking that sits to the side of our office and the home is conveniently located directly behind the office. Just pull around, park in Any open spot and follow the side walk to the left! Do not park on any grass or next to the homes!

The kitchen was dirty (microwave disgusting) and dishes left in a strainer on the sink, which is not a big deal and there were 2 coffee cups, 2 wine glasses and a flute glass. plenty of plates but only 3 spoons and 2 forkswe got there and cleaning fluid was on the nightstand. couch still broken down the center....

Be prepared

So I have thought a lot about the star rating for this property- I think the main thing is know what you are getting into- this is not a full three bedroom two bathroom - it is one bathroom with one shower and the other bathroom is a half bath. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the property was very dirty to the point I had to buy new towels, pillows, and clean the refrigerator, bathroom, and floors prior to us staying there. The water was shut off when we got there, but we might’ve been the first renters of the season. It was promptly resolved so no issues there. This is a tiny house nestled behind a construction company. I actually felt very safe here and I did not have any issues with the location. It is not difficult to find. It was very convenient to get to and from the base to pick up and drop off our son.. there was no Wi-Fi, which was probably our biggest complaint so there was no TV and no way to work on our computers, which was very frustrating. There are absolutely no supplies here -no paper towels, no toilet paper, no cleaning supplies, no laundry soap, which is fine - so long as you know what you are getting into. Don’t expect a stocked house- It ended us serving its purpose just fine- but definitely not what we expected. A thorough cleaning and some good ole fashioned dollar store basic supply restocking would go a long way to making this property doable.

Close to Base

The property was not as nice as most VRBO‘s for the same price. It was close to Shepherd Air Force Base, but it was like they had just started. No games, deck of cards, no dishwasher, couldn’t use the back door, there was a hole in the back wall, where birds had nested and chirped all day. The porch didn’t have a rail part of it, which I thought was a little dangerous. For the price it was OK.

It's a small house in a semi industrial area. House was clean and well maintained. Neighborhood was quiet and safe . Enjoyed the stay.

This rental was in a great location. It was a little hard to find at first but I would highly recommend it was perfect. Small but very spacious. Very clean and homely
