⁂ THE CABIN
This rustic mountain cabin is the perfect home away from home! The front door opens into the spacious living room with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a table that seats six. The cabin has three bedrooms, all with comfortable beds, attached bathrooms, and plenty of storage space. The main level master bedroom has a King-sized bed and a full bathroom w/ jacuzzi tub. The second and third bedrooms (lower level) each have King-sized beds.

Outside, you`ll love spending time on the multiple decks enjoying the fresh mountain air and stunning views. The decks have plenty of seating and are a perfect spot to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. Our resort community offers plenty of amenities, including a swimming pool (seasonal), and a catch/release fishing pond, both of which are located just a short drive away.

The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a table that seats six. There is an additional table and seating located in the sunroom next to the kitchen.

Free parking for up to 3 cars. Small RV or trailer could also be accommodated. The last 2 miles to the cabin involve winding mountain roads. 4WD is recommended during winter months.
Sections of the private drive as well as the parking spaces are gravel.

During the summer, there is a shared seasonal pool (a short drive away) that is included in your stay! There is also a catch-and-release fishing pond at the same location. Moonlight Lodge is within a short driving distance to horse back riding, white water rafting, bungee-jumping, museums, live shows, mini-golf, distillery and winery tours/tastings, and much more!

The entire cabin is accessible and available for your use outside of two closet spaces that are reserved for the owner.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1 to October 1 (Standard for area cabins). Firewood can be purchased locally at most local general stores, supermarkets and convenience stores.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

*If you have a group larger than 8, our sister cabin `Sunrise Lodge` is located almost directly across the driveway and sleeps up to 8 additional guests.

* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! * We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy.
Any guests violating this rule will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
