Relax and fish or sunbathe while enjoying the BEAUTIFUL views of the undeveloped, protected NATURE PRESERVE directly across the water from the house.
Cool off on the 1,550 SF deck with INGROUND POOL or grill out with family and friends! The home is laid out with entertaining in mind with large, open family room, dining room, and kitchen with a wall of windows looking out to the beautiful lake. There is generous counter space with a large kitchen island and separate kitchen eat-in bar. In addition there is a central room with wood-crafted bar, pool table and arcade game machine.
If you enjoy fishing, golf, swimming, and boating, then Lake Marion, SC is the place for you! Our family has owned the home and enjoyed the lake for over 30 years. The home has provided us amazing experiences and wonderful family memories. We'd love to share our home with you!

Our family has lived on Lake Marion for over 30 years. The home was once owned by my parents and was my childhood home. Our family has made many great memories in the home and among the yard, pool, dock and beach. My parents have rented the property as a vacation rental for the last 10 years and when they were ready to "retire" I knew I wanted the home to remain in our family. My job involves a lot of travel, but I love that I can come home and reconnect with family, friends and the beautiful surroundings of Lake Marion. I also enjoy sharing this amazing place with people from all over the world. The sunsets across the water are fabulous!
