Great stay

I had a great stay here, and I would most definitely return. The place was very clean and tidy. I also would like to mention the neighborhood was very quiet, especially at night.

Just three nights for a volleyball tournament.Dog friendly home and close to the site we had to be, that is what it dragged us there.

The unit was clean, nicely decorated and located in a quiet neighborhood. We saw families walking in the evening with their children. We appreciate pets are allowed. Trimming the grass on the front and side yard areas would really spruce up the front and make it easier for pet breaks.

Modern duplex in Roseville

Everything is updated inside this property. Very clean and cozy. Second time we stayed here. Nice place to stay especially if you have a pet and need two rooms.

Very nice two bedroom in Arden area

The owners of this property have worked hard on this property and it shows. Everything you have come to expect from a stay in a VRBO unit is available. The owner communicates promptly. The backyard is a great space for doggy. The beds are cozy, comfortable, have plenty of blankets and a variety of pillows. There is even a secure gate for your cars.

I wish I could put zero stars. The property is in a location with many homeless and there was an attempted break in while I was sleeping there. Also, there is no washing machine as advertised and the toilet flushed once and then did not work. The outside landscaping is brown and not kept up, there is litter around the property. I left after night 2 and the owners did not refund.The neighborhood was not quiet at night.

A very scary place

When we arrived at the property we found it to be in poor repair. The landscaping had not been maintained and the grass was very long. There are large trees in the front which have lost many leaves. We had to move tree limbs out of the driveway to park. We were traveling with two dogs and would need to take them into the yard. The over grown yard was covered with leaves and branches and was a significant trip hazard. We called the property manager who admitted they had not seen the property in a long time. We felt so un-safe in the house, we left and found a much better VRBO. I would not recommend staying here.
