This Villa has an open floor plan. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area for six, opens right up into the cozy living room with spectacular views of the golf course and Jenkins creek. There is a back deck with seating where you can take in the views as well.

The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a king size bed, TV with Roku and ensuite bathroom. While the other bedrooms are located upstairs with a shared bath with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, TV with Roku and large windows that provide great natural lighting. There is an additional bedroom off the hallway with two twin beds and a 15" TV with Roku, perfect for children and/or overflow guests.

Dataw Island is located on the tidal waterway between Charleston and Hilton Head. It is 15 minutes from Beaufort and 15 minutes from Hunting Island State Park and Beach. Enjoy all Dataw has to offer while staying at this villa. Aside from the outdoor pool, community dock and (2) golf courses there is a fitness center, tennis courts, indoor Olympic size swimming pool and full service marina.
