Our stay at Wolf Lodge was great! Definitely as described. Plenty of room for all and definitely enough parking. It was great that the pool and lake were just a short walk from our front door (especially with the small grandchildren). We had a very hot week (6/26-7/3) which made the water even more refreshing.

Host was very easy to work with; good and timelyCommunication. Great place for families with game room, kid’s toys and plenty of kid’s cups and plastic ware. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. There was plenty of space to gather and to eat. We came to ski but would love to return in summer to enjoy the outside spaces and the lake.

Points faibles : Propreté, arrivée
The beds were comfortable, which we appreciated. However, the hot tub was not heating properly, so we were unable to fully enjoy it.Most of us were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. We found beer bottle caps on the deck and cigarettes near the swing area. Considering the high cleaning fees charged, along with the expectation that guests clean before checkout, this felt unfair and below expectations. From a child safety perspective, there were nails exposed in multiple places, and the top-floor bedroom window did not have a screen, which was concerning for families with kids.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the beds comfortable, though we’re disappointed to hear other aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have gladly addressed them in real time — particularly the hot tub temperature and any housekeeping or maintenance concerns. We have already shared your comments with both our cleaning and maintenance teams for review and follow-up. Regarding the nails mentioned in your review, we were unfortunately unable to locate any exposed nails during our post-stay inspection, but we are continuing to thoroughly inspect the areas you referenced to ensure guest safety. We also appreciate you bringing the missing window screen to our attention so it can be addressed. We take pride in the property and the guest experience we provide, and feedback like this is taken seriously as we continue to improve.

Friends getaway

We had a great short weekend getaway at wolf run lodge with a bunch of friends. Kids from Age 5-12 had a blast being together, using the hot tub, air hockey, and pool tables and hanging out on the beach. Hosts were very responsive, house is clean, beds were comfortable and lovely soft bedding. Highly recommend!
