Very clean, very spacious and comfortable! Room for everyone to sit comfortably. We had 6 ladies for a ladies conference plenty of room. The condo is beautifully decorated. Check-in and check out was smooth and fast. Would definitely stay here again. Also close to everything! Enjoyed and loved staying here!

I have stayed many times at Riverstone and this condo was the best. So clean. If I had a acomplaint it would be need a couple more dish cloths in the kitchen. It’s so convenient to town, you can walk easily but quite at night even with the hot rods in town. We really enjoyed our stay. Gary is great about getting back with you. He usually text back within 5 minutes. Nice to rent from someone who pays attention to his guest & is prompt. Thanks Gary!

It was the perfect place to get away for a few days without having to deal with crazy traffic and hauling kids everywhere. Everything you would need is on site or can be delivered! The entire place was very clean. We will definitely be coming back!

Heather I apologize for the pool being closed, but that is something I have no control over and didn’t know that the maintenance was being performed by the HOA. Maintenance just has to be performed sometimes, but you explained your kids really enjoyed the lazy river. I’m very happy you gave the condo itself a good review. We work very hard to make it a great place for our guest vacation

The overall property was a 3.5-4. Pros:Gary was quick at communicating by phoneThe area was spaciousThe property was amazing and our family had a blast, we would come back to the property again. Cons:The unit is very dated and needs an overhaulHad a unique odorThe air went out and we had to get it serviced. It was after hours so it was in a timely manner, however that was a bit of a hiccup in the trip that could have been much worse. The hvac guy mentioned it needs a new unit. Those are our experiences and honest opinion after staying in hundreds of VRBOs. I would definitely choose this property again, but would pick a different unit.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry your stay didn’t fully meet expectations. The HVAC had never caused a problem before. You reported the issue around noon on a Saturday, and despite it being the weekend, we had someone there within about six hours, and it was resolved. We were also surprised by the reported odor, as no previous guest had mentioned one. A personal friend stayed in the condo just five days before your arrival, and because we want to catch any issues, we specifically asked them to let us know if they noticed anything that wasn't as it should be. They reported no unusual odor or other concerns. It’s possible something from the prior stay hadn't fully cleared, but we sincerely appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we'll address it. We take great pride in the condo and in providing a good experience for our guests. We have received 363 reviews overall, with only a handful below five stars. Over the past four years, only three reviews have been below five stars, and all three were four stars. This year, we have hosted 49 guests and received 10 reviews: 9 were 5 stars, and 1 was 4 stars because the resort pool was closed for maintenance. As for the décor, we make improvements and upgrades every year while intentionally maintaining the warm mountain character that many of our guests enjoy. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your comments.
