Loved it!

Home was very clean, spacious, and roomy. Perfect spot for my family and everyone had their own room. If ever in the area again will definitely stay at this place.

Nice place

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay. It was brand new and the furnishings and amenities were abundant. We were in town for a wedding and having 3 bathrooms was ideal. The only issue we had was they did not give us the gate code. And when we called, they were supposed to email it to us the following morning and they did not. I was able to finally communicate via text with somebody and get the correct gate code so that we could move in and out of the condominium complex with ease. We would stay here again.

WATER PROBLEMS Would not recommend VACASA

Upon entering the neighborhood Google Maps could not place us in the exact spot- it took us about 10 minutes to locate the unit. The house was clean; nice and neat- pictures and virtual tour were accurate. We had water issues the first night- the water turned completely off during my wife’s shower. We texted the 800 number and didn’t get a response until 5am the next morning. It wasn’t until about 10:00am that we were contacted by an actual person. There was still no water or service call to walk us through the issue by 3:30pm so I decided to check it out myself. I ended up finding a water filtration system that was the issue. We were partially credited, but I believe it was an unfair amount. Another issue we had was not having remote access to the garage- getting in and out of the vehicles multiple times during our 4 day stay to enter the code was bothersome. Not having a key also meant we didn’t have access to the community pool and had to find someone who lived in the community several times to let us in. The pool area also had several trash cans that were over flowing with trash. Blackout curtains would have been nice- it was very bright in the mornings. There was a Main street just on the other side of the property wall and traffic was loud even during resting hours. All that said, it was a great neighborhood near lots of shopping and food, the bikes provided were nice, but I would not stay there again. I prefer to rent from actual homeowners, and not through a vacation rental management company.

Renter Beware - false advertising - no support from Vacasa

I have utilized Vrbo for multiple vacations with my family and have never had an issue until now. We rented this unit for spring break 2023 for myself, my wife and my 17 year old son's last spring break before he graduates high school to visit my parents in AZ. This was a 1,600 mile road trip, one way, so we were particular in choosing the right rental. We looked for a property with enough space, a pool and hot tub and a location convenient to where we would be spending our time (Maricopa). We had 3 main issues with the property which went unaddressed: 1.) We arrived to find that the property is in a gated community, which is great, but we had not been given the access code. We contacted Vacasa to no avail and finally had a resident of the neighborhood let us in and had to continue to do so for 2 days, even after multiple calls to Vacasa until someone was able to get us the code. 2.) The pool and hot tub are also gated for community use, requiring a key fob. There was not a key fob. Perhaps a previous renter walked off with it? We brought this to the attention of Vacasa every day. They said "it could be in a drawer in the kitchen", which it wasn't. We looked everywhere as this was a primary reason that we rented this property. After repeated requests, this was never resolved and we never once were able to use the pool or the hot tub. 3.) There was not a grill on the patio, which was in the headline of the listing. No grill anywhere on the property. Vacasa contacted the owner, and they said "there's a community grill at the park". So our idea of a family vacation, cooking out on the patio, swimming in the pool and hot tubbing, even just accessing the neighborhood was shot. Not sure we'll use Vrbo ever again as this was a vacation bust. Definitely won't use Vacasa again as they were completely worthless and the listing for the property were false and inaccurate and the lack of response to the issues was astounding.

Great location for us!

It was a very nice place, within east walking distance of the Village at Ocotillo. Beds were comfortable. The garage is deep enough to fit a Ford Expedition Max
 just barely. The community felt safe and there is a playground close by that my children enjoyed.
