Book this property for your large traveling group, sports team, medical professionals, and family members visiting their Soldiers. Also can be used for a family gathering, small church & business meetings, baby & bridal showers, and a number of other responsibly conducted gatherings (please provide details of gathering prior to stay).
Comfortably sleep 12 guests in the 3 downstairs bedrooms (two beds per room, including a family Co-Sleeper made up of two of the beds. Sleep up to an additional 10 guests in the upstairs bonus room, with 4 sofa convertible daybeds and an additional convertible lounge sofa.
Fully furnished & decked out with an eye-catching custom herringbone theme, three total large screen TV’s, and bistro style living room and seating area, It’s not your traditional set up but instead is designed to utilize mainly every area of the home with large groups in mind. Additionally, your group can enjoy the outdoor seating area & fire pit while relaxing In the large half acre backyard.
Guests have excess to the entire unit, minus the garage. Unit includes 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bonus room, laundry room, 2 full bathrooms, front yard, driveway, front porch, fenced backyard, fire pit, and 3 picnic tables.

There is no washer and dryer at the home. Laundry must momentarily be coordinated by guest at your own expense.
