Stay at the heart of the city with this studio with balcony right beside IT Park! You can visit the food market at night and indluge your taste buds, chill and look at the city lights while at the balcony or simply get ready to start a new tour day from the city center.
The space
The space has specifically been interior-designed to provide basic amenities yet create ample breathing space for guests.

The toilet and shower is separated to accommodate groups properly.

We have a balcony for a refreshing view either of city lights or green trees. This is the perfect space for sipping tea or drinking coffee!

Right next door is Sugbo Mercado, a food feast of different mouth-watering selections and live music on some days.
Guest access
The unit is all for guests.
Other things to note
COVID-19 REQUIREMENT. Vaccination cards for all guests are needed. If you don’t have, a medical certificate or brgy certificate will do.

MONTH-or-MORE-STAYS. We’d like to have you longer! However, this might open the possibility of electricity bill skyrocketing. To encourage good usage, guests are required to pay half of the electric bill and provide a deposit for this.

PETS. Small pets are allowed. Pls don’t leave them unattended to protect both him and our furniture. If you plan to leave your pet in the unit, a cage is required.
